Местоположение очень удачное, недалеко от пристани прекрасная территория, рядом море. Завтраки разнообразные но в большинстве азиатские, но выбрать себе можно европейскому человеку. Жили в улучшенном домике, мебель и аксессуары обшарпанные слегка, полотенца меняли каждый день, вода была только при заезде, но на территории есть кулеры с водой которую можно наполнять. За дополнительную плату брали ужины шведский стол, европейцам мало что есть на выборах, в основном еда азиатская и это считается лучшей отель на этом пляже. Неплохой коралловый риф недалеко от отеля.

訂的是最便宜的木屋，正好安排到了EE1距離服務枱很近，裏沙灘海邊都很近，唯一缺點是衞生間裏沒有掛濕毛巾的掛鈎，照片裏其他照片是其他房型的可以參考，午餐自助每人35馬幣我們也選擇在酒店吃性價比高，酒店半日浮潛是60馬幣更推薦外面180馬幣全天4個潛水點的項目，如果住這個村我很推薦這個酒店哦，前台有一位會説中文，活動中心餐廳都有一位會説中文

訂了房間後公司有急事需要出差，無法按時入住，提前一週問可不可以退房，哪怕退一半都行，商家回覆是一毛都不給退，酒店長啥樣都不知道！認栽吧！

This property is an OK guest house but absolutely not a 4 star hotel as advertised on the website. The place would definitively need a refresh as the room is falling apart. One window was blocked, the bottom door cover was half destroyed, the shower head dropped on us when showering. Additionally, the overall property doesn't feel clean and safe when walking on the pathway without safety railings.
We reported the issues via trip.com but the information got lost somewhere and no action was taken neither from trip.com nor from the property in time to solve the issue.
Overall, this property is completely not worth the money as there are other properties with a similar price and a much better service.

這麼多年體驗最差的一個酒店。房型:海邊別墅屋 V5。均價 1200+一晚。 第一晚，晚上十點半停電，電工來修了半個小時表示修不好，跟前台交涉，前台先是説沒有房間，後來磨磨蹭蹭説還有另外一個房型，高級小屋（均價 600+），我和兒子拖着行李箱黑燈瞎火找路（沒有任何酒店工作人員來指引），好不容易找到，結果房門打不開，於是又去前台交涉。十分鐘後房間打開了，房間很差很臟，特別是衞生間，馬桶圈都發黴了，上面好多小黑蟲。由於時間太晚小孩已經沒精力再折騰，強忍不適住了一晚。第二天早上跟酒店經理交涉，酒店讓我換到旁邊的一間相同房型 V3。由於去的幾天風浪很大，我擔心會出現前一晚同樣的問題（停電、浪很大房間搖晃厲害小孩害怕），我提出退前一晚換到高級小屋的差價（700左右），並且退剩下的一晚。經理拒絕，差價不能退，衹能提供自助晚餐作為對價，最後一晚不能退，理由是天氣原因他們無法控制，不是他們的責任。我一再表示不能再去冒着停電半夜換房的險，因為第二天一早七點半的船離島。經理依然拒絕，表示這不是他們的責任，難道這就是我的責任？真的超級無語，自助晚餐值多少錢一晚？
另外提醒一下對這個房型感興趣的朋友，如果季風季節去，真的要評估一下心理承受能力，尤其帶了小孩，浪都沖到陽台上，整個晚上房間都會時不時搖晃。而這些情況都是在介紹裏面沒有的，既然這個季節容易出現這些隱患，為什麼不關閉預訂呢？（酒店電工説停電是因為浪太大影響了電箱）真的離譜，一星都嫌多！
另外整個過程攜程非常積極在幫忙解決，後來也給到相應的補償，很 nice，衹是再評估一下這個酒店的合作吧，真的砸招牌。
上傳兩個視頻大家感受一下，十多秒的是 v3 房間晚上十點半左右，二十多秒是 v5 房間，風浪十二點到一點達到頂峯。別問我怎麼知道，壓根睡不着

設施陳舊，衞生間水量很小。定的海濱套房，四人入住，實際上衹有一個床，另一個床衹是在沙發上鋪了個床單。
服務理念完全不同，無法為客人解決問題。我遇到的問題如下：1、入住前3個月已定並付了全款，入住前兩個月通過攜程跟酒店申請改期，因為船期的問題導致我首晚無法入住，第一次回覆説船期沒出，改期費每人收100馬幣，建議等船期出來再説；2、入住前20天船期出來，果然趕不上，又一次通過攜程溝通改期，改期費每人100馬幣且春節假期無房，改期衹能改池景房，不但房間降級價差3晚共2000不退並且還需要付每人100馬幣的改期費用，因此我選擇首晚不入住，攜程賠付250塊人民幣。
酒店入住後體驗非常差，1，早餐10點結束，9點下去衹剩下一點點，不加新，2、清潔打掃非常敷衍，我已經明確申請新的床單和毛巾，但是清潔人員衹是過來整理了床鋪就走，並未更換。3，垃圾清理衹是把垃圾放入房間門口垃圾桶，猴子會在傍晚來酒店翻垃圾桶，連續兩天翻出零食垃圾袋和用過的帶血棉條，無工作人員清理，我們自己打掃。
春節假期海浪巨大，衹能在酒店泡泳池。對於每晚1100多的房價，服務，衞生，環境真是一言難盡。
