We had a great time! Clean rooms and helpful staff! At the restaurant you eat very well and the prices are reasonable... The manager is a kind and helpful person. A hotel that I highly recommend even for the little ones! The swimming pool is practically always open and I recommend trying the massages, the girls are very good!!

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable and very clean!. Service here was the best I ever had: polite, impeccable and attentive to make sure you have a good experience. I see the manager here staying on top of things and being very involved. Excellent spa, amazing massage. Definitely coming back and I highly recommended.

Fantastic the rooms were comfy bed was great. Nice and cool wifi excellent. Breakfast was really delicious. The pool was great. Very quiet and the shower facilities were really comfortable and clean

Very good hotel with a cheap price, not so far from the centre, with amazing food and excellent services. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the spa and the hamam were also included in the spa, which makes it even more great :)

The hotel is located in the very outskirts of Tirana, just off the motorway. Very nice, well-kept and very clean hotel. As soon as we arrived the girl at reception welcomed us very kindly, providing the necessary information. New and well furnished rooms. We were on the ground floor, close to the street, but it didn't bother us. We had dinner in the restaurant located on the top floor terrace, eating well at an appropriate price for the place. Good and varied breakfast, both sweet and savory. Small flaw is the parking lot which is not of adequate size.

Totally bad experience with the manager of this Hotel. Do not pay any money upfront to this hotel. They will then forget your reservation, have the nerve to then tell you later that you did not show up and refuse to refund you. Then instead of trying to resolve your issues the Manager tells you to "go and do your job" .... whatever that means. I did my job and requested a claw back through my bank - after 50 days of waiting I got my refund. Shambolic Hotel.
