This hotel is nestled near a highway where traffic is a problem... relatively noisy all night despite the windows being closed... dilapidated room but great bedding! Average maintenance, soiled and dark carpet, hair found in the bathroom….Big disappointment also with the breakfast, nothing homemade but industrial, the same for the orange and apple juices! Very average overall

Very bad experience with staff's support. We were at the hotel for a night and my daughter forgot her airpods in the room. A couple of hours after checking out we called the hotel and they said there was nothing there. After one week, and upon returning to Tirana we went back there because the iphone locator said it was still there and once again they said nothing was found and didn't bother to check. The day AFTER we left Albania, they said they found them. OK, simple, just mail them to us!!! NO WAY! They first said we would need to pay for shipping, I agreed and then nothing. Upon insistence they replied they couldn't mail them to us as the local post services would not do IT!!!! A disgrace

I stayed at Hotel Deluxe in Tirana in June and had a great experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Modern, quiet hotel with a convenient location. A pleasant stay I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe suite which had a jacuzzi bath and sauna in the room! The room itself was spacious and felt luxurious. Disappointing the jacuzzi wasn't working and the sauna didn't warm up very well. The restaurant prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. It's a bit out of town, about a 40 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast had a good selection of food, hot drinks and juices.

We enjoyed our stay and the staffs were very friendly and able to help anytime needed. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice and special thanks to Fabiano, he also helped on how to navigate the city & its environs. Will recommend anytime.

Not a great location. Rooms are old and outdated furniture. They do not have a locker too. The lift only goes till the 4th floor, so you have to go till the 4th floor in the lift and then climb the stairs to go to the 5th floor. The staff is helpful though and nice.

Nice clean hotel no complaints. Good breakfast and decent coffee, nice and clean and friendly staff recommend to any visitors. A little walk in the center of Tirana but exactly what we wanted for our stay. All facilities worked fine. Nice reception and bar area

The hotel was good but there was lot of noise. The breakfast wasn't perfect. There was a wiew of an other appartement but the staff ws friendly. There was a mini bar with lots of stuff. The television was working normally. The toilet was moving and doing a lot of noise.
