I leave for work reasons at 6.30 in the morning, I return after 17 and my room has not been cleaned, I notify the reception and in response they tell me that when I went out in the morning I did not advise to have it cleaned. Also yesterday I left the hotel without notifying and the maid was groomed. In any case I ask to provide but at this time they can't do anything. Other than 4 stars, I'm thinking of notifying the tourist board and in any case better to choose another hotel.

Nice clean hotel no complaints. Good breakfast and decent coffee, nice and clean and friendly staff recommend to any visitors. A little walk in the center of Tirana but exactly what we wanted for our stay. All facilities worked fine. Nice reception and bar area

Atribui 3 estrelas ao hotel pelo preço praticado e pela simpatia dos funcionários da recepção porque de resto não gostei particularmente do hotel. Localizado numa zona bastante feia da cidade, sem nada de interessante em volta. A vista (da varanda que dava para as traseiras era horrível) Hotel com aspeto e mobiliário muito, muito antigo. Quarto e camas grandes e razoáveis. Wc limpo mas sem proteção para toda a zona de duche (uma das laterais é totalmente aberta) pelo que a água sai molhando todo o WC. Muito ruído tanto entre os quartos quanto da rua o que acaba por perturbar o descanso. Pequeno almoço bastante fraco, por exemplo os croissants claramente não eram frescos pois eram extremamente duros, sem sumos naturais, pouca fruta nem nada que deslumbre.

Great hotel if you want a location outside the center of Tirana. In 10 minutes by taxi you can reach the historic centre. The rooms are large, modern and clean. Courteous staff. excellent breakfast with a good choice of sweet and savory dishes

The hotel was good but there was lot of noise. The breakfast wasn't perfect. There was a wiew of an other appartement but the staff ws friendly. There was a mini bar with lots of stuff. The television was working normally. The toilet was moving and doing a lot of noise.

wow, I am absolute blown away by how nice this hotel was.the staff was really accomidating to our need and spoke very good English. even when we got locked out of our room they worked quickly to unlock it. the rooms had good air condition which felt good as it was hot outside, and there was stocked fridge with cold drinks and snacks to purchase. when we first entered the hotel we were greeted with a glass of cold refreshing orange juice. overall this hotel has really nice and helpful staff, the rooms are really nice and beds are conformable, and the location was good because there were stores and restaurants in a walking distance. very pleased.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel alright for this short city break. The room was nice and clean but might need some maintenance updates, breakfast simple but ok, wifi was working well and staff very friendly. Unfortunately, there was construction going on right in front of the hotel but that's the Mayor's decision so the staff was nice while helping with the car parking and so on. We rented a car so moving around the town was handy and the hotel is close to the road so all easy.
