Il personale che ti accoglie alla reception parla un perfetto italiano. La TV in camera consente la visione dei programmi RAI e mediaset. La posizione è centralissima. La prima colazione è varia e di ottima qualità. Di contro. Il letto è scomodo l'uso del bagno è scomodo i prodotti da bagno sono scadenti.

Hotel piuttosto centrale situato in una via molto servita . Il palazzo è la hall si presentano bene e il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni tipo di informazione . Le camere purtroppo non sono all'altezza della prima impressione ..arredamento datato, avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione soprattutto il bagno molto piccolo;la nostra poi essendo situata di lato all'ascensore è piuttosto rumorosa Abbiamo trovato parcheggio su strada davanti all'hotel al prezzo di € 7,00/gg. La colazione discreta sia nel dolce che nel salato. Prezzo adeguato

Accoglienza da parte dello staff ottima peccato però che poco prima di arrivare, la mia banca ha bloccato la mia carta perché il loro sito/ booking era stato acherato. Questo mi ha comportato un notevole disagio per tutto il soggiorno, mi aspettavo almeno uno sconto visto che se pur indirettamente, era colpa loro.

L'hotel nulla di male, letti comodissimi. L'unica cosa che mi è successa è che una mattina mentre mia madre era fuori dalla stanza che era andata a prendere la colazione, io ero rimasto sotto le coperte (ero quasi nascosto perchè ero coperto fino a sopra) ad una certa sento la porta aprirsi e mi sveglio pensando fosse mia madre e invece no, era una donna delle pulizia che non vedendomi ha iniziato ad aprire tutte le nostre borse e ogni minima cosa di nostra proprietà poi mi sono fatto notare ed è uscita senza dire e prendere nulla, per non parlare di quando devono fare qualcosa che vogliono sempre la stanza libera. Prezzi del frigo altissimi solo perchè eravamo Italiani (1,50€ una bottiglia d'acqua da 100cc quando in un negozio qualsiasi in Albania con 1,50€ prendi due bottiglie da 2 litri.

Stanza piccola e puzzolente di fogna sono stato 3 giorni e dormito malissimo oltre ai rumori provenienti dal corridoio e dagli scarichi dell hotel giù alla mia camera c era un parcheggiatore che dalle 5 della mattina iniziava a fischiare e parlare ad alta voce senza curarsi di chi stava dormendo, la signora delle pulizie metteva le mani nel mio armadio senza autorizzazione per controllare se c erano asciugamani o carta igenica in piu , unica cosa positiva i ragazzi alla reception tutti molto gentili e disponibili in particolare irini e la colazione abbastanza buona ma un po lenta nel servizio , ho chiesto 2 caffè uno per e l altro per mia moglie e il ragazzo voleva farmi pagare il secondo caffè pensando che erano entrambi per me perché potevo prendere solo un caffè l altro era a pagamento poi spiegato che era per mia moglie ha lasciato stare, ma l ho trovato cmq poco elastico

This is a brand new hotel just off the Main Square opposite an area with cafe and food. The beds are comfortable, with nice linen. The washroom is very clean, nice towels and lighting. The room has a mini fridge and TV. Wifi is strong. It’s the perfect location, walking distance to sites and bus to Cable Car.

Nos quedamos nuestra primera noche de llegada a Albania. La habitación estaba muy bien y súper limpia, las camas las más cómodas de nuestra estancia. El desayuno bastante bien y los trabajadores súper amables en todo momento. Recomendado
