Sky Hotel Tirana

The lady in the front desk was nice ; she offered me an upgraded modern renovated room in the highest floor with a beautiful view on the square The area of the hotel location is alive and around lots of restaurants and cafes and walking distance from the center

We had very bad experience. First of all they gave us a single room with two single beds even though there was specifically a reservation made for 3 adults. They provided us a foldable bed which is used by the kids and asked us to adjust initially. I requested the hotel manager to provide us with another room where we could comfortably adjust but they only said hotel is running full and they cannot do anything instead they provided a mattress which turned out to be bigger than the frame it felt as thought Elephant was sitting on an ant seriously how can a small steel frame hold such an heavy mattress. I was literally tired of complaining and finally i had to put out the foldable bed and sleep on the floor just with mattress. The manger only gave us fake promises that some one will try to fix it and guess what no one turned up. Instead of Poor wifi connections i would say no WIFI connections on 14th floor they took us almost a day to fix it and eventually it did work on 2nd day. They did not replace the towels on daily basis and every time we had to call in to request for extra bath towels and instead of providing one they would question you why do you need an extra one i mean there are 3 people and how is it possible to adjust with two. Mirror in the bathroom was broken. The second room what we selected was for couple and instead of providing queen /king bed they provided two single beds in two different corners. The only good thing was the lady on the second shift was very nice she did try helping with basic things but over all it was a bad experience and the hotel did nothing to help us.

Amazing Hotel in the heart of the city,walking distance many options for Food,Pub,money exchange, Supermarket.Cooperative & Smiling staff. Breakfast Head Incharge wonderful man for his excellent service.Overall enjoyed our stay..

The hotel is being restored from outside, but everything is perfect from inside. We liked the service and staff. Breakfast was good as well. The location was central. You could cover a lot by walking. Only one thing was weird, they charged the amount on the card even before we reached the hotel.

First, the good: centrally located and the breakfast was OK. But the entire Sky Tower is under construction, so the windows are blocked with scaffolding and fabric, plus the whole place was dusty and a bit noisy. The room was huge but sp****ly furnished (including a hideously orange sofa). Lighting was too bright and uninviting. Bathroom was just OK. The famous Sky Tower restaurant at the top was closed. Overall, little ambience, almost creepy.

Excellent staff. Very clean. Good location. But…..what a shame about silly breakfast rule! Every day, I have cereal and a piece of toast. I don’t have any of the cooked items. I like my coffees. I asked for another coffee. They said they restrict coffee to 2 per person and would charge me if I wanted another one! My friend had only had 1 coffee so he got (a free) one for me. Silly, petty rule!

Decent but not great in any category. Our room was decent sized, though others in our group had tiny rooms. Shower temperature varied a lot during shower. Neighbor flushed a toilet and you felt it! Poor sound insulation to street, and we could hear garbage trucks and other street noise.
