Hello, I had the opportunity to stay at the Te Stela Resort hotel on 14.04.2024 and unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. In this comment, I would like to share the hygiene and service problems I experienced at the hotel. First of all, the hygiene conditions in the hotel were quite bad. In particular, on the day we checked into the hotel, a live insect appeared in the bread for dinner. Even though we showed the walking insect to the authorized person, he did not take us seriously and said that you are wrong. Despite this hygiene scandal, it was quite thought-provoking that the hotel officials did not take this situation seriously and belittled the problem instead of solving it. Such a situation, which puts the health of the guests at risk, should have been handled seriously by the hotel. In conclusion, my experience at the Te Stela Resort hotel was quite disappointing and I would like to state that it is a place I will never choose again. As a result, my experience at Te Stela Resort hotel was quite disappointing, and I would like to emphasize that it is a place I will never choose to stay again. I believe that hygiene and service standards need to be improved.

The hotel has good facilities, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool that closes earlier, it has a restaurant and terrace for a drink, dinner and breakfast that are normal for the country. The negative is the location since it is not a central hotel, it is located in an industrial area on the outskirts of Tirana, although it has a shopping center very close.

Wonderful, very clean hotel with a large pool. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot my jacket and actually found a way to get it back. Unusually committed and honest employees. Thank you again

Comfortable and well organized hotel 15 minutes from Tirana airport. The restaurant and reception service is also good and works very well. Spacious and clean rooms

One night stay at the Te Stela hotel. We ate very good food there. The hotel room is spacious overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as deckchairs to rest on. Parking on site, plenty of parking space. Very complete lunch
