Merhaba, 14.04.2024 tarihinde Te Stela Resort otelinde konaklama fırsatı buldum ve maalesef yaşadığım deneyimden oldukça hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Bu yorumumda, otelde yaşadığım hijyen ve hizmet sorunlarını paylaşmak istiyorum. Öncelikle, oteldeki hijyen koşulları oldukça kötüydü. Özellikle, otele yerleştiğimiz gün akşam yemeğinde ekmeğin içinden canlı bir böcek çıktı. Yetkili kişiye yürüyen böceği göstermemize rağmen bizi hiç ciddiye almayıp yanlış görüyorsunuz dedi. Bu hijyen skandalına rağmen, otel yetkililerinin bu durumu ciddiye almaması ve sorunu çözmek yerine küçümsemesi oldukça düşündürücüydü. Hello, On April 14, 2024, I had the opportunity to stay at Te Stela Resort hotel, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. In this review, I would like to share the hygiene and service issues I encountered at the hotel. First of all, the hygiene conditions at the hotel were quite poor. Especially, on the evening of our arrival, a live insect came out of the bread during dinner. Despite showing the walking bug to the responsible person, we were not taken seriously and were told that we must be mistaken. It was quite concerning that the hotel authorities did not take this issue seriously and instead of solving the problem, they belittled it. Such a situation, which puts the health of guests at risk, should have been taken seriously by the hotel. As a result, my experience at Te Stela Resort hotel was quite disappointing, and I would like to emphasize that it is a place I will never choose to stay again. I believe that hygiene and service standards need to be improved.

El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones, piscina cubierta y otra al descubierto que cierra antes, cuenta con restaurante y terraza para tomar algo, cena y desayuno normales para el país. La negativo la ubicación ya que no es un hotel céntrico, se encuentra en una zona industrial de las afueras de Tirana, aunque tiene un centro comercial muy cerca.

Wundervolles, sehr sauberes Hotel mit großem Pool. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte meine Jacke vergessen und tatsächlich fand sich ein Weg, diese wieder zurück zu bekommen. Ungewöhnlich engagierte und ehrliche Mitarbeiter. Vielen Dank nochmal

Hotel comodo e ben organizzato a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Tirana. Buono anche il ristorante e il servizio di reception che funziona molto bene. Camere spaziose e pulite

Séjour d’une nuit à l’hotel Te Stela. Nous avons mangé sur place très bonne cuisine. La chambre d’hotel est spacieuse vue sur la piscine. L hotel dispose d’une piscine interieure et extérieure ainsi que de transats pour se poser. Parking sur place, pas mal d’emplacement parking. Déjeuner très complet
