Brutta esperienza, hotel spacciato 4 stelle ma vale a malapena un 2 stelle mediocre; odore di fumo che ti seguiva fino in camera constringendoti a respirarlo per tutto il tempo. Colazione tristemente scarsa e scadente nella qualità e nella varietà discelta, con cibo (specie le uova fritte) stantio ripresentato fino ad esaurimento (comunque le uova erano sempre presenti e sempre più secche). Camera con un solo comodino peraltro mezzo rotto; TV non funzionante; niente cassaforte e frigo vuoto.

Fantastisk by med sommertemperatur selv i slutten av oktober. Hotellet ligger sentralt med kort vei til det meste. Eneste minuset var frokosten som ikke var all verden. På Hotells.com står det at frokosten varer til 11. det gjør den ikke, den varer til 10. veldig dårlig utvalg. Kun rundstykker, egg og noen få typer pålegg. Men de som jobber der er meget hyggelige. Er det tomt for egg så steker de nye til deg.

This hotel gets an average from me because it is centrally located, the room was clean, the young lady at the front desk in the evening was so very nice and helpful, the morning clerk was nice as well as the lady in the breakfast cafe. Outside of those things, the worse was the smell of cigarette smoke that seeps into your room from the cafe below. I had to wear a mask while in the room. That smell was mostly at night when you are trying to sleep (we normally leave and return late in the evenings). I did not complain since I am sure there was little that nice young lady could do about it. Plus, to walk into the hotel, you will have to walk by the extremely smokey cafe attached to the hotel. Also awful was what they termed breakfast. Absolutely beneath the pit. My wife and I had a good laugh when a lady and her husband came down the second day to eat, took a look at what was displayed and immediately turned around and walked off disgusted. Hahaha. But, yes, the breakfast was dreadful! Just go and seek breakfast somewhere else. Also, I also got a chuckle on reading a sign that says you cannot take breakfast from the cafe to your room. My goodness! Who would take any food from that cafe?! Hahaha. Anyway, just go someplace else if you do not enjoy sleeping with the smell of cigarette smoke. For me, a C grade is more than appropriate.

We had a problem with the hotel, it is not at all what it was on offer (*******), It smells like sewage, they don't clean the rooms, the air conditioner doesn't work, the shower cabin is broken, breakfast disaster

Wer in Tirana eine gute Unterkunft im Zentrum sucht, ist im Hotel Comfort gut aufgehoben. Ich war 9 Tage dort und für den Preis habe ich ein sehr gutes, modernes Zimmer vorgefunden. Das Frühstück war gut, aber leider nicht abwechslungsreich. Wer allerdings eine gute Aussicht aus seinem Zimmerfenster sucht, sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen (Ausblick in den Hinterhof). Aber: Von mir eine eindeutige Empfehlung für Leute die ein gutes, günstiges Stadthotel suchen. Café/Bar, die dazugehören sind auch empfehlenswert. Das Hotel- und Service-Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Non so da dove cominciare per esprimere il mio disagio. La prima cosa insopportabile è la cappa di fumo alla zona hall adiacente alla hall con la conseguente aria irrespirabile quando percorri il corridoio d’ingresso. La puzza si sente anche in stanza. Per chi non fuma è una vera condanna. Le stanze sono piccolissime, a malapena in due si riesce a passare. C’è un solo comodino vicino ad un solo letto. Per l’altro non c’è spazio quindi bisogna poggiare le cose a terra. Pulizia scarsa, lavandino spaccato. Il servizio in camera non esiste, così come il frigobar (frigo che a malapena si riesce ad aprire per come sono angusti gli spazi, il ristorante la sera chiude alle 20. Il bar non è frequentabile da chi non è fumatore: non si respira! Davvero allucinante! Unico vantaggio la posizione.

Best hotel for customer service I ever stayed in... the staff especially at reception and cleaning team were amazing.. nothing was a problem.. the hotel was lovely, clean and breakfast was yummy

Very clean modern hotel. Location 10 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. Was very quiet. Very nice breakfast. Helpful pleasant staff. Good value.

There was a very friendly lady in the reception when we arrived. Unfortunately we didn’t see her the next morning which is a shame as she was speaking English and we needed help with booking taxi. The breakfast was late and there was the older gentleman in the reception who didn’t speak English. Overall, it was okay. We stayed there only for one night
