El hotel es muy céntrico, la habitación está bien, de buen tamaño, el desayuno normalito, es un poco difícil de encontrar la dirección, ya que se tiene que entrar por la parte de atrás. El personal es muy amable y la terracita está muy bien

I booked this accommodation via ********** (which they still use to promote the property). Upon arrival they did not respect my booking or prepayment and made me complete payment again (so now I have paid over 2x for my booking) or gave me the option to "find somewhere else to stay". On top of this, I heard some relatively disturbing things when at the property one the host asking where people are from (nationality) before answering whether there was space at their accommodation. I have tried to contact the property on multiple occasions to find a solution to my double payment but all is ignored. There are plenty of other options in Tirana if you want to avoid all of the trouble.
