Ottimo hotel. Nel centro di Tirana alle spalle della piazza principale, 10 minuti a piedi dal blloku dove ci sono tutti i locali .Le stanze pulite e ben organizzate, il personale gentilissimo. Super consigliato per chi vuole visitare Tirana.

It was my second stay in this hotel (first 2018). I was in Tirana for a business trip, that's why the location next to the city center is great. But of course you have to life with the extreme noise of the city. Our room was located in the 4th floor and we had a great big Balcony,whixh we appreciated as otherwise there would be no space for our language. We've booked a double room but I have the feeling it was a single one as space was very limited and we had to ask for an additional set of towels and blanket. The bathroom was nice but the shower cabin door did not close properly and that's why the floor was always wet after showering. Breakfast is basic, what should be improved is the coffee (you can't drink it), also a choice of fruits would be great. Staff is very nice and helpful although we were asked daily if we check out, this was bit irritating as we had booked for 8 nights. As summary I would say an affordable central place to stay, with room for improvement.

- Points à améliorer: Le petit-déjeuner pour ceux qui aiment le sucré, l'éclairage de la salle de bains qui ne dispose que d'un plafonnier, la porte de la douche qui n'est pas étanche. Mais ne fuyez pas, ce n'est pas tout ... ++ Les bons (très) bons points: La luminosité et la décoration dans tout l'établissement, la proximité de bons restaurants et de la station de bus, le confort de la literie, l'insonorisation de la chambre (le quartier est très vivant donc bruyant), la propreté, le balcon spacieux (équipé d'une table et de deux chaises), et, aussi et surtout, la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Encore merci.

Good location just beyond Skanderbeg Square, though the traffic was noisy because of a busy junction nearby Clean room, spacious View was of a building site The only place we stayed in Albania that wanted to retain some ID at the desk. They asked for passport, we gave them a driving licence Breakfast typical Albanian - choice of cereals, salads, meats Bread but no toaster Coffee from a machine and not great TV didn't work - needed to be tuned and I couldn't get it to do so What is it with pot plants being displayed on staircases!!! - really bad accident, especially in an emergency, hazard Large shower head didn't work, pores blocked, needs a descaling *********** down said "kettle in room" but there wasn't

Un buon hotel a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Skanderbeg. Personale gentile. Letto comodo, ottimo bagno, wifi veloce. Colazione sufficiente. L’aria condizionata proprio sopra il letto può dare fastidio. Nei dintorni si trovano numerosi ristoranti.

Prenoto due camere per due notti. Per motivi personali siamo costretti a rinviare il viaggio e chiedo la possibilità di spostare la prenotazione a data da destinatari. Mando mail di spiegazioni ma ciò nonostante mi viene fornita una risposta standard che applicano le loro condizioni addebitando la prima notte. È del tutto evidente che su quella camera guadagneranno il doppio per una sera ma hanno certamente perdo almeno due clienti che torneranno più volte a Tirana per lavoro Non capisco la loro politica per il guadagno immediato a tutti i costi ma pessima pubblicità. Peccato mi era stato consigliato come una struttura comoda.
