Struttura tenuta bene con un bel giardinetto e un piccolo terrazzino con vista sulla piana di Roma.Le camere ampie e spaziose con bagni ristrutturati e modernizzati. Il servizio di pulizia è molto buono.La struttura offre una discreta colazione ma si potrebbe dedicare un po' più di attenzioni su alcune cose.In questo B&B secondo me manca un po' di accoglienza.Per il resto un piacevole soggiorno.

Zeer vriendelijke onthaal. Nette, ruime kamer en badkamer. Prima ontbijt. Ligging van de B&B is prima: op wandelafstand van het centrum van Tivoli en Villa d'Este, op kleine rijafstand van Villa Hadrianus en andere bezienswaardigheden. Een aanrader!

We loved this place! And most of all because the lighting in the room and very modern bathroom was EXCELLENT! ( Hard to find in Italy). Very small with only five rooms, Villa do Bruto was fulfilling in every way. Quietly perched overlooking the Po Valley towards Rome, we could not have imagined such a view for the price. And Andrea was an excellent host. The Inn is spotless, charming in every detail, and was the perfect way to end our three- week trip. If you are going to visit Villa d’Este, it is less than a mile from the entrance but just enough out of town to be rural. Grazie Andrea!

Titolo piu' banale non potrebbe esserci, ma non me ne viene un altro, quando dalla finestra della tua camera lo sguarda spazia dai Castelli Romani alla Capitale. Ottima sistemazione a Tivoli in questo ben curato B & B, nemmeno troppo lontano dal centro (saranno circa 20 minuti a piedi, percorso tutto pianeggiante) con - appunto - vista meravigliosa. Accesso alla camera comodo e funzionale, molto gradito il parcheggio interno per l'auto, camera e bagno molto funzionali e ben fruibili, qualita' del sonno ideale. A piano terra, in un deliziosa sala (sempre con quella vista affascinate) si serve la colazione (forse un po' migliorabile sul versante "salato").

Tivoli regorge de belles choses à voir...cependant en pleine saison il peut y faire très chaud d'où la nécessité d'une adresse un peu en dehors du centre, mais pas trop, accueillante et reposante après une journée de visites en plein soleil. Vous trouverez ici un accueil discret mais accueillant, des conseils utiles, une chambre spacieuse climatisée avec frigo et minibar ... mais aussi une vue merveilleuse sur la plaine de Rome 'vue d'en haut' - à ne pas rater le coucher du soleil - parking aisé pour voitures et motos dans un espace sécurisé.

Ottima esperienza. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Tivoli (anche per famiglie con bimbi piccoli, come nel nostro caso). Gentilissima accoglienza da parte del Sig. Andrea che ci ha consigliato i luoghi più belli da visitare (Villa d'Este magnifica) oltre ad indicarci e a prenotare per noi un ottimo ristorante per la cena. La vista sulla piana di Roma dalla sala colazione è meravigliosa. Ottima la pulizia e la colazione. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera a piano terra con affaccio sul giardino, molto spaziosa e pulita. I gestori hanno dimostrato grande disponibilità anche nei confronti delle esigenze del nostro bimbo. Complimenti! Ritorneremo volentieri

Antica Villa di Bruto is situated on the outskirts of Tivoli. While it is just off a main road, the suites situated on the other side of the building are very quiet and have the most stunning views over the countryside. Not all rooms have views, however there is a shared terrace on this side that one can enjoy the setting from. The place is easy to navigate to and has private secure parking on site. It is a bit of a long walk into town, so works best if you have your own car. We did not find any issue with finding parking in one of the numerous lots in Tivoli, but we visited in April when it wasn't so busy. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and well-maintained. It featured a minibar (with fairly reasonably priced Prosecco) and kettle. The room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom quite large. A good breakfast was served in a room that featured the same stunning views over the countryside. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Tivoli.
