"The room was finished to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and lots of toiletries included. Pretty cool coffee machine and a complimentary mini bar. Shower was unreal and a hot tub bath in the bedroom was great fun. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels and dressing robe included. Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs. Location is very central to everything and the area felt very secure. The key system was very secure. Check in staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel and Tivoli as a holiday destination."

"Was in Tivoli and decided to stay in Victoria Terme Hotel! From the outside everything seemed perfect, but on reflection this hotel and it was a 4 star hotel was a complete disaster from the beginning! Bedroom and en-suite seemed pretty dated and needed refurbishment! Breakfast offerings were poor and very limited! During the stay, there were no facilities for getting drinks as the bar wasn’t opened! This hotel in reality is a 2 star hotel! Definitely will not be returning again!"

"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer. Giovanni, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. As Tivoli is absolutely beautiful I will come back soon!"
