Hotel molto bello. Personale molto gentile. Camere perfette..pulite, materassi comodi (che non è da sottovalutare). Con un gruppo di 56 persone in gita a Tivoli, abbiamo passato sabato e domenica. E tutti sono rimasti soddisfatti del servizio e del posto. Quindi io lo consiglio sicuramente

Hotel scadente, tende e muri sono lerci, mi è stata data una camera attaccata alla porta sul corridoio con l’apertura antipanico, che sbatteva ogni 5 secondi per il via e vai della gente, bagno senza bidè con la tenda in doccia, sembrava di essere catapultati negli anni 70 anche con il mobilio della stanza. Personale giovane e poco esperto nel trattare con la gente, quasi indisponenti. L’unica cosa buona è stato il cappuccino ben fatto al mattino, tutto il resto da dimenticare per sempre.

Purtroppo solo poche camere ricondizionate. La maggior parte sono datate e rumorose. Il sonno viene spesso interrotto da chi osssa nel corridoio o chi vede la tv o è in bagno nella camera vicina. È come andare a letto con il vicino.

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte con la famiglia con un pacchetto viaggio organizzato. Tralascciando il fatto che l'arredo é molto spartano e datato il vero problema è l'igiene. Il bagno aveva macchie evidenti ma soprattutto abbiamo trovato tanti piccoli vermetti vivi sulla trapunta del letto dei bambini. La ragazza molto gentile della reception si è scusata tantissimo ma quando ci ha portato nuove lenzuola alcune di queste aprendole erano evidentemente macchiate. Veramente un brutto episodio. In più le finestre che danno su un grande terrazzo comune non si possono chiudere dall'interno e per finire abbiamo pagato una quadrupla ma nella stanza c'erano solo un letto matrimoniale e un lettino. Non siamo andati via solo perché erano le 23.30 di sera e i bambini erano stanchi. La mattina dopo mi aspettavo uno sconto visto l'accaduto, o almeno delle scuse, ma niente. Unica nota positiva il ristorante annesso. Dovessi tornare a Tivoli di sicuro mi terrei alla larga da questo posto

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in quest hotel.convenzionato con il magico mondo di babbo natale. Un pacchetto tutto incluso, deludente il tutto dal villaggio di babbo natale alla famosa cena con babbo natale Cibo pessimo e di scarsa qualità, un primo di pasta senza alternative (era già pronto), con un secondo di hamburger e patatine . Hamburger crudo e di un gusto mai provato prima, orrido Per il bimbo non era previsto neanche un pseudo secondo C era un 18 anni la cui musica l abbiamo dovuta sentire in stanza fino a fine festa! Senza parlare dei rumori della porta del corridoio che ad ogni chiusura sembrava cadere giù tutto l hotel Sconsiglio a tutti il tutto!

Albergo che forse vive degli antichi splendori. Personale gentile ma la stanza assegnata a me e mio marito sapeva di "vecchio". Arredamento dignitoso ma anni '80, bagni vetusti con segni di ruggine e calcare... sicuramente non fa struttura tre stelle BW. Le stanze mi davano l'idea di un ambiente poco curato. Colazione adeguata.
