Il B&B è molto pulito e grazioso. Si trova in zona tranquilla vicino a ristoranti e supermercati e mete di interesse culturale. Comodo anche il parcheggio vicino e gratuito. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consigliato!!!

host was extremely helpful in booking our transportation to and from the B&B. He also replied to my messages right away. Your 2 minutes from the bus and a market. Quiet neighborhood. If I’m in the area again I would definitely stay there!

Quello che mi ha dato più fastidio è l'abbandono dell'ospite. Nessuna registrazione dei documenti, nessuna ricevuta. Colazione scadente e fai da te, (mi faccio il caffe con le ciale ,apro il latte a lunga consevazione...) senza la presenza di alcun prodotto fresco .aAquesto punto sarebbe meglio invece che lo sconto una convenzione con il bar sottostante. In cucina una lavatrice in funzione col cavo che attraversava il locale.Personale presente in cucina muto.

Prenotato con Booking, il B&B si trova al 1 piano di un piccolo condominio nel quartiere di Villa Adriana. La nostra camera la 2 , gradevole a parte il bagno privo di piani d'appoggio e con doccia con entrata molto stretta. La colazione self service con pochi prodotti confezionati. Nessun check- in con richiesta di documenti.! Adatto ad un'utenza giovane e informale.

Highly highly highly recommend if you want to visit the ruins of Hadrians palace. The rooms are all unique—the ones we had were fabulous—so historic but comfortable with up to date baths. Nice common area and breakfast. Family who run it were so helpful. The grounds are magical.

Il b&b è pulito e molto grazioso. C'è anche una veranda per la colazione. Inoltre sotto trovi un bar convenzionato. Il palazzo è silenzioso e si trova in una zona tranquilla dove trovi facilmente parcheggio, ristoranti e supermercati. Villa Adriana si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. Lo staff è cordiale e il proprietario molto disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

La struttura si trova in una zona fornita di tutti i servizi con vasti parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Appena entri , ti accorgi subito della pulizia del luogo e dell'attenzione ai dettagli . La stanza che ci è stata assegnata , era molto confortevole con letto comodo e bagno pulitissimo. La colazione viene apparecchiata la mattina presto ed è molto variegata. Per finire il titolare è stato molto disponibile in tutta la fase , dalla prenotazione fino al checkout. Consiglio fortemente!

Ottimo connubio qualità/prezzo Situato in una zona tranquilla e accessibile per raggiungere mete di interesse culturale. Ottima la scelta di usufruire della cucina per un break e colazione senza vincoli di orari. Camera e bagno arredati con gusto e molto puliti. Siamo stati veramente bene. Sicuramente da tener in considerazione per un prossimo viaggio nei dintorni . Grazie

Posto molto bello vicino a tivoli, roma facile da raggiungere in autobus che si prende sotto casa, stanze pulite con bagno comodo e cucina comune ben fornita per la colazione,proprietario gentilissimo!!
