Great service, great location and great views. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Fantastic, large room with en suite bathroom and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety and great coffee. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Ottima posizione camera pulita letto comodo personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Da migliorare l'offerta della prima colazione, molto basica con pochi prodotti confezionati, frutta fresca già tagliata nel piatto. Consiglio almeno del pane fresco, qualcosa di salato e qualche varietà in più di torte. Gentile il proprietario che ci ha dato da portare in viaggio i cornetti arrivati in ritardo rispetto l'orario previsto di inizio della prima colazione.

The room was not at all like the picture that I chose upon reservation with **********
I had to pay extra to have a decent room
I never saw the terrace on the rooftop
And the cherry on the ice-cream was when I had to pay the price in euros when you sent me the amount in Canadian. 275 euros instead of 255 Canadian!!!
Getting intouch with ********** was a nightmare . Very hard to reach someone and when I did reach someone, she didn’t even speak clearly and she hung up on me!
Second time, they told me I wasn’t in the good department and hung up again and the third time, the lady said that she couldn’t access my file and thank I had to call another number. I asked to be transferred and I was cut off again. So after an hour in front of the hotel reception, I had no choice to pay the full amount in euros .
Absolutely disappointed. I hope you can do something or if will be my last time reserving.
I will need another 10 nights in Italy
I hope you can find a solution to help me have a better experience.

We were welcomed by Vincenzo and shown our room that was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was available to get us started for a day of touring Tivoli. Il Giardino is the perfect place for a quick stop when on vacation.
The staff were very pleasant.

Excellent small hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of Tivoli. Lovely clean fresh rooms. Comfortable beds excellent breakfast. We stayed for a week and would highly recommend for a stay in this great town.
