La primera persona que provocó que la experiencia de cliente no fuera buena fue la del vallet que está por las tardes (18 y 19 jun) tiene la peor actitud, no saluda, habla con monosílabos, incapaz de sonreír. Siendo la primera persona que ve uno cuando llega al hotel, considero que deberían cuidar ese comportamiento. La segunda personas es la responsable de la plancha en el desayuno (19 jun), le solicité un omelette y se llevó 15 minutos en hacerlo, cuando habían 3 personas en todo el restaurante, al ser un platillo tan simple, considero que no es una cuestión de capacidad sino de falta interés. Habiendo tantas opciones para hospedarse en Puebla, deben cuidar que la experiencia de los clientes que visitamos sea la mejor. Saludos...SGL

En general todo bien. Fui de trabajo, las instalaciones están bien, buena ubicación, está en un centro comercial con opciones de restaurantes, la habitación está bien. El personal me atendió bien.

Es un buen hotel, cómodo, tranquilo. Está a menos de 10 minutos de la plaza Angelópolis en auto, bajando al lobby está la entrada a la plaza triángulo las ánimas, el problema es que en la plaza no hay mucho que hacer ni mucho que comer, frente al hotel está un walmart.
El buffet de desayuno estaba rico, pero todos los días hay lo mismo. De lunes a viernes me parece que está al 2x1 (al menos los días que estuve así fue) ,es muy conveniente para no pagar demasiado. El gimnasio casi siempre está vacío, entonces es muy tranquilo para ir un rato, la alberca está al aire libre, solo tiene una pequeña pérgola que te da un poco de sombra, el agua estaba muy fría, aunque los días que estuvimos estuvo haciendo mucho aire a pesar del calor agobiante. Tenía mucha ceniza del volcán la alberca. El personal es bien amable. En nuestra habitación no me agradó que el lavabo está afuera del baño (no sé si en todas sea igual). Nuestra estancia fue por que mi esposa tuvo un curso en la ciudad, entonces me quedaba en el hotel con mi hija de casi 4 años, pasabamos poco tiempo en el hotel pues buscaba actividades para entretenerla. En general pasamos un buen fin de semana, la estancia fue confortable y muy coordial.
