Ctrip is not very honest. The so-called sea view room is just a sea view at the end of the view. The open-air experience is very good! Breakfast is mainly Japanese, with many varieties, personally prefer. Check out at 10 o'clock, unfortunately I did n’t enjoy it. If possible, I will go to Toba again.

Although it is not as good as the sea view of Shimoda, it is OK. 2. The room is quite large and spacious. 3. The hot spring facilities are relatively complete, including towels, face toners and lotions. 4. They have mountain village milk. You must buy this and drink it at any time. On the next itinerary, we only saw three bottles in the convenience store of Xiandao Station. The fruity flavor is particularly delicious.

Have loved Toba for many years..and stayed at the Toba Grand many times. Only on 1 occasion was I lucky enough to stay in a Sakura room on the 8th floor…but not so lucky on this my last stay in Toba. The good points: 1.Free shuttle to/from the hotel and the driver handed out wet towels on this occasion 2.Welcome drinks in the lobby 3.A good selection of food for dinner & breakfast 4.The hot spring baths are good. The bad points: 1.The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment in the rooms on 6th & 7th floors/Badly stained & old windows and the room and bathroom/toilet are out of date. 2.The restaurant area is really dirty in certain places and insects can be seen running about!The were too many families with young children here this time and the restaurant was crowded all the time it seemed. 3.The Japanese staff have no English language skills…but the abundance of Nepalese staff at this hotel at present helps a little in that regard. This hotel has a wonderful location…and if you want to look out at the water then it is good…but as mentioned Toba seems to be a neglected area in many respects…and this is certainly true for this hotel at present.

The hotel has a small shuttle bus to Kintetsu bird feather station every half hour from 8 am to 10 am. From 15 pm to 19 pm, you can pick up guests from the phone to Kintetsu bird feather station to return to the hotel.

There is almost no electronic equipment in the room, the door is a very old bullet lock, and even the safe is a key. There is no washing machine in the hotel. The nearest laundry room is about 30 minutes walking distance. I wash my clothes at the hotel. Remember not to hang on the wooden railings of the balcony. 3. About food: The package includes breakfast and dinner. Because of staying for two nights, the hotel is very intimate and has prepared different packages for us for 2 days. The lobster, abalone and beef ingredients are the same, and the production method is different. In addition, the dinner is eaten at the restaurant. If you need to eat in the room and each person has to charge more than 100 RMB, it feels unnecessary. We still choose to eat at the restaurant. Dinner time will be reserved at check-in, there will be two choices of 6 o'clock and 7:30. During the dinner, the waiter will go to your room to make a bed. The Japanese-style tatami space is quite large, not the 6 square meters reported by Ctrip, it should be considered as 6 posts! About ten square meters. The room is separated from wet and dry. The toilet room is on the left of the door and the bathtub is on the right. Because there are natural hot springs, we did not use the bathtub in the room. The hotel provides disposable towels and toothbrushes and toothpaste, which can be taken away. The towels are thin but the quality is okay. You can’t put your own things in the refrigerator because it’s said that it’s mischarging. To avoid trouble, it’s really useless. Convenience stores at Toba Station close at about 9 o'clock, restaurants generally close at 6 o'clock, other than that, there are no convenience stores nearby. So if you arrive late, you must buy food at the departure station.

Lived in Room 501 that day. The window lock is broken and there is no one to repair it, which makes the security insecure! The water from the shower head drains into the bathtub 🛀... (So disgusting...). There are not enough parking spaces, and two parking spaces are occupied by those motorcycles. I dare not go out at will, for fear that there will be no parking spaces after returning! It is inconvenient to go up many stairs when dragging luggage by hand! However, it is worthy of praise: a waitress helped to take a piece of luggage, thank you very much...! Because I only stayed for one night, I don’t plan to stay in this hotel again in the future!
