The service is really not that good! No one took the luggage when entering. There was no one at the counter during dinner time, so I had to wait for a long time. The two waiters at breakfast saw our family of three waiting at the door and refused to take our seats. Asking where I can do it was extremely perfunctory! 正月に利用しました。 値段は高い設定だが正月なんで仕方ないなって スタンダードツイン洋室を予約 チェックインでの対応はきちんとされてました。 館内もきれいで魚が居る水槽が数カ所ありしばし眺めてました。 部屋は広くて廊下のドアを開けても部屋が見えない作り 照明も間接照明を取り入れているから最近リノベしたのかな？ 部屋からは鳥羽湾やイルカ島も見えて景色はいい。 料理は青のトンネル？を抜けて会場へ ライブキッチンスタイルで配列も人が並ぶのを抑えた配列に感じ、また刺身や他の料理もバイキングにしては良いと思う。 お風呂は 榊原温泉を汲み取り使用しているので しっとり、すべすべ。ほのかに硫黄の香りがします。 榊原温泉は好きな温泉だけにお気に入り。 スタッフさんの対応は不満はありませんが星３つは １つ 駐車場がホテルへの坂道に停めるのでドアを開ける時に隣りの車にドアが当たらないか心配 ２つ これは設備の問題なのでどうしようもないですが フロントが1階 部屋が2から4階 食事会場が地下1階 地下2から4階に色々 地下5階が大浴場 エレベーターが２機で離れてて小型であまり乗れません 片側は4階から食事会場の地下1階まで 大浴場に行けるのは一機のみ！ 風呂に行くのに待ったエレベーターが人がいっぱいで乗れない。 風呂上がりはエレベーターの列が出来る 中には階段で上がる人も 地下5階からフロントまで5階上がりそこから自分の階まで！ しかもボタンが反応してるから不安。 平日の客が少ない時は問題ないけど土日などはどうなのか。これは設備なんでどうしようもないので 星２つにしたが甘目にしました
