Wonderful and newest hotel attached to Terminal 3. You will need to clear Immigration to access, but once there, we were surrounded by a sense of calm, a quiet respite; much needed after a long flight. Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, transportation, and onsen. All were stellar. The front desk staff were gracious hosts; incredibly kind at check in and helped us figure out some train directions. NB: It is somewhat of a ways from the center, which is of particular consideration when the trains stop running, as taxis will be the only way back and quite pricey. For US city folks, think Uber Black + surge pricing. Even that in mind, absolutely worth it, imo. Room was very clean, spacious enough with a lovely shower and full amenities, including a complimentary mini-bar with local drinks to try. Breakfast was both an a la carte menu and buffet offerings with ultimate Japanese hospitality from the gentleman who stored our luggage and attendants who were again, very kind and helpful. Onsen is conveniently open 24 hours (except for cleaning) included with the Premier rate (other connected Airport Villa Fontaine branch guests and public have an entrance fee), quite relaxing and busier than I thought in the later hours. Would absolutely stay again.

It was an early morning flight, so I stayed the night before. I was closed for a while due to the corona disaster, but I am happy that it has resumed. The front desk staff and the bus driver are as expected! Needless to say, the room is clean, but the bed and sofa are also calm. Free drinks in the lobby lounge are also good If you dare to say, it would be nice to have a towel in the lounge. The faucet of the sink is good, but the water pressure of the shower is a little.

Perfect, impeccable hospitality. Japanese standard. I appreciated the free shuttle bus to the airport. The room was small but that is quite standard for japanese hotels. I love the PJ dress that they provided. Drip coffee was delicious. The facial kits provided in the lobby were good too.

First of all, the entrance is difficult to understand ... There is no street on the side street and the back street is the entrance. The first floor is a Pachinko shop. Also, since the step into the entrance is not barrier free, it is negative to lift the heavy luggage bag by step. The room is renewed unlike the appearance and is very clean and satisfied! Only the water pressure such as shower is low, so it is necessary to improve and negative. Breakfast is a simple lunch box by corona, but it is happy to do it from 5:00.

It is a convenient hotel when you use Haneda at the last minute, such as early in the morning or late at night. There is also a bus transfer, and the nearest station is right next to the hotel. I don't think there will be any inconvenience because there are many trains. I think it can correspond to most departure and arrival times. Since it is near the station, I thought it would be a base for sightseeing in Tokyo. I used it early in the morning. I wanted to have breakfast at 6 o'clock, but it's not in time. Still, bread and coffee were prepared earlier than that, so it was helpful. I would like to use it again.

This is my first time staying at Toyoko Inn Haneda Airport 2. I had a wonderful experience here. I had a 4-hour flight delay and didn’t arrive at Haneda Airport until 8:00pm (The original scheduled arrival time was 3:50pm). Thanks to the hotel’s free shuttle bus, I was able to arrive at the hotel after a long tiring day without getting soaking wet in the pouring rain in Tokyo. Toyoko Inn Haneda Airport 2 was newly renovated this March with a lot of nice features. 1. Contactless check-in/ check-out kiosk: Guests just need to enter their booking number to check in and get the key and a slip with all the instructions they need during their stay. Checking-out is even easier within seconds on the kiosk. 2. Even with the convenient kiosk machines, there are still friendly and helpful front desk staff on duty. I booked through Agoda and the kiosk had trouble locating my reservation. The front desk staff helped me find the correct information. 3. Free umbrellas for guests to borrow during their stay. 4. Free toiletry items, including mini skin care packets, in the lobby for guests. 5. Free hearty and delicious breakfast items with local ingredients. 6. Friendly servers during breakfast time. They kindly greet each guest with a smile and do a good job cleaning the tables and trays once guests leave to create a nice dining environment. 7. Small rooms with everything you need for a comfortable experience. The room is not big, which is normal in Tokyo, but all the amenities you need are nicely organized in built-in shelves. There are even nicely folded pajamas on the bed. 8. Free shuttle bus services between Haneda Airport and the hotel. Bus drivers are super nice and will help you with your suitcases. They even tried to park right in front of the hotel entrance so that guests wouldn’t have to walk in the rain. 9. Convenient location. This hotel is next to Otorii Station on the Keikyu Airport Line. Many restaurants and shops are just within walking distance. I stayed at Toyoko Inn because of a long layover on my way to Taiwan. It’s a hotel worth staying at again.

We arrived at midmorning and the staff are wonderful. Allowing us to check in early, a little bit tricky getting from the airport. We thought there was a shuttle, but apparently they don’t pick up in the morning. We worked it out though, The staff were amazing couldn’t be more helpful the room was very comfortable, we have stayed in many hotels in Japan, and overall the rooms are quite small. This one was a reasonable size by that standard. The restaurant food was excellent and we have to mention one particular staff member really took care of us. His name is “Manan “ the location is not as close to the airport as we had hoped, but I was still close enough to be convenient and we will stay there again. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff it’s you that makes us want to come back because you make us feel valued

We arrived Haneda Airport around mid-night, so we book this hotel that near to the airport just 10min by taxi about 2000 yen, room is clean and two beds are standard size. Hotel provides shuttle bus to the airport, but very limited seats are available. Hotel nearby has an underground that is quite convenience. Check out at 10:00am is too early for us just arrived the Hotel at 2am in the morning, if late check out it will have additional charges, not so user friendly. Hotel staff are very friendly and nice, hotel also provides a simple Japanese style breakfast box that taste is OK

Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.

Because of the early morning flight the next morning, the entrance of the hotel is a bus stop, and the bus comes at ２ - １０ minutes ． from the hotel to the domestic terminal in about １５ minutes ． and the bus is empty ． once sent It seems that I was greeted, but I think this is better because I can go to the airport at my own timing ． There are convenience stores and restaurants around, convenient ． The room was also large enough ． Waiting together at the bus stop all the time when leaving, I saw you ． There seems to be a coffee service ． There is also a laundry ． Also, I want to stay ．
