It was new so it was clean and comfortable. There is everything in Ariake Garden. Hot spring facilities are also available for a good price. The hotel and garden are connected inside. It is convenient but quite, walking. I felt that there were not many rooms to enjoy the view. I thought the restaurant was not too large. A little good business hotel, city hotel, and you will get more satisfaction. I wonder if I should expect too much ‥ in the Gulf area. Of course, the staff will respond politely. Is it due to personality? I felt sorry for those who lack explanation. I spent my time actively asking ”can you please?” ”Can I?” etc. I entered the winter vacation and there were many small children with the baby welcome inn.

Location is really convenient, close to train and many good restaurants nearby! There’s also a few convenient stores nearby!
Room wise is really small but gets cosy. Although they do clear your rubbish, change your towels and toothbrushes daily, they don’t clean anything else. We did indicate for room cleaning a couple times but the floor was still dirty and there were hairs in the toilet floor.
Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They do provide a variety of amenities that need to be taken from the reception lvl. On the room floors, they do provide water and ice dispensers.
Overall, a good hotel 👍🏼

Bulgari Hotel Tokyo is the eighth gem of the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection, bringing the brand’s contemporary Italian style and glamour to the capital of Japan. Occupying the top floors of an ultra-skyscraper in the heart of the Yaesu district, the hotel overlooks the Imperial Palace Gardens while offering stunning views of Tokyo city and Mount Fuji. Located in one of the most attractive areas for luxury stays, the hotel is within walking distance from the financial districts of Nihombashi and Marunouchi, as well as to Ginza’s iconic shopping and unparalleled dining. Including the extraordinary Bulgari Suite measuring over 400 square meters, the hotel offers 98 rooms and suites, and encompasses the full range of the Bulgari dining experience, including Il Ristorante - Niko Romito, Sushi Hōseki - Kenji Gyoten, The Bulgari Bar, The Bulgari Lounge, and pastries and chocolate at Bulgari Dolci boutique. The Spa includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and 25-metre indoor pool to add a further luxurious touch to the guests’ experience.

I originally planned to stay at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo however on the suggestion of a local friend I gave the Bulgari Tokyo a shot for one night. I booked a Deluxe Skyline view room as a Marriott gold member. Note that while you can book through Marriott, the Bulgari brand does not participate in Marriott Bonvoy and as such I did not expect to receive any benefits at all during the stay. I was very pleasantly surprised to see in the app that I was upgraded before arrival to a Premium Imperial Garden view room. On check in I was directly taken by staff from the entrance to my room with no break at a check in desk which is a great level of service I’ve come to anticipate from the top end of the 5 star market. I’d like to point out that the entrance may not be readily apparent and I had a taxi driver who was not sure how to approach the hotel. The hotel entrance on the ground floor occupies the southern and southeastern portions of the building. There is an outside pedestrian entrance, a pick up/drop off entrance, and an entrance from inside the mall through a small hall. The hotel has a premium location east right across the street from Tokyo Station. The room itself was frankly immaculate. It was not technically a suite but by Tokyo standards you could have convinced me it was a suite as it was extremely spacious with a breathtaking view facing west towards Tokyo Station, the Imperial Gardens, and on clear days you could even see Mt. Fuji. I really liked that the bed and seats are set so that the view is front and center. When you have a room with a great view many hotels do not do a good job of emphasizing this but the Bulgari Tokyo achieves this. In public areas there was always ample staff to provide service without a wait. I feel obligated to address price as this hotel is regularly one of the highest priced of the western affiliated brands in Tokyo. This hotel is very new, has a great location, and I believe has a target clientele in mind. If you are that target clientele with a need or desire for a high level of quality, personalized service with luxurious rooms then this is the hotel you’re looking for. If you’re more value-oriented or an independent traveler without a need for personal service like I typically am then I would gently suggest looking elsewhere.

Tokyo | Can you believe it, this room has not been renovated in 16 years!
Completely conquered by the elegance and foresight of The Peninsula Hotel!
Staying at The Peninsula Tokyo, I was amazed twice in a short period of time.
-
After stepping into the lobby, the crystal lighting on the top and the front
The ”eye” artwork echoes with the marble floor
Projected into a good-looking symmetrical perspective, it is also often seen in hotels
Photos on major social platforms, here is also afternoon tea
And the restaurant where breakfast is served.
Local designer Yukio Hashimoto chose earth tones, wood, and lacquerware
Mixed with marble, the design is very forward-looking, and the maintenance of the guest rooms is outstanding. This year marks the sixteenth year the hotel has opened
Years, but the guest rooms have been extensively renovated from the end, and only part of them have been done
Hardware replacement and repair, such as the addition of wireless charging devices at the head of the bed.
The hotel is currently still the second largest in the whole of Tokyo with basic rooms
Luxury hotel (54 square meters). Although the equipment in the guest room such as TV and safe is old, the feeling of use is still comfortable, especially the bedding, which is not pure white linen, but beige is very soft, and the bedding is particularly well received.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 5 years old). We had a wonderful stay. It is a nice boutique hotel just stone throw away from Tsukiji market. We enjoyed the nice seafood for dinner and the market is vibrant since early morning. There’s a drink machine serving complimentary tea, coffee and chocolate in reception area and the kids love it. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The breakfast is plentiful and yummy. They even have a public bath though our itinerary was packed so didnt have time to try. All hot water, tv, air conditioning functioned perfectly. They had 4 lifts which could easily fit all of us plus two strollers. There is convenient store just downstairs where we could get stuff. Location wise was not a concern as we traveled by Uber and taxi. But the taxi fee is just around JPY1500 or less to Tokyo station. We could also walk to Ginza. I really love this hotel and would highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during New Year’s holiday. We really loved staying there. The room is not very spacious but the layout and size is adequate for us given the hotel is located in Tokyo. The room is clean with very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is in the centre of Ginza. A convenience store is just on the ground floor of the hotel. We definitely would love to stay there again.

Hotel sets the entire building to Heat or Cool, my room on 10th floor was very warm 79F/26C, and the thermostat in the room when set below 25C wouldn’t even come on? Called front desk and they said in March it is heat only?? I’ve stayed in a 2 star Holiday that lets you set your own temp in the room, pretty ridiculous. They sent up a fan, it helped slightly, but still slept terribly. The window in the room had a screw in the slide, so you could open the window to let fresh air in maybe an inch, I’m sure so people won’t fall out of window, I think 6-8 inches would’ve still been safe. Overall, just a terrible experience, Won’t ever stay here again!
