The Bellustar is a beautiful, new, sparkling hotel with big floor to ceiling windows and lovely decor. The atmosphere is serene and there are few rooms, so we had a quiet and pleasant stay. The room size and layout was comfortable. We used the concierge once and found she was very professional and assisted us perfectly. There is only one disadvantage: Even though there is a choice of the main course for breakfast, the side dishes and bread are exactly the same every day, which was a bit monotonous. However, if you order breakfast the evening before to be sent to your room, there is the option to have a Japanese breakfast. The building has its own airport limousine stop, and also a complimentary and serviced coffee/juice bar area on the ground floor which is handy when coming or going from the hotel.

Hotel opened less than a year ago. Everything is new and the design is very modern. Location is in the middle of Shinjuku so it was close to everything. The hotel staff was very attentive and the connection between the lobby (on the 18th floor) to the concierge in the ground floor was always in sync. Breakfast at the main hotel had a great view for a nice clear day but selection is limited. They have a second buffet in their neighbour hotel (17th floor) that has more selection. I would not really recommend this hotel for younger kids due to its design but overall great hotel.

Downstairs is the famous check-in spot Kabuki*cho, where you can have a few drinks. The room has a view of the Tokyo Skytree, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The Western breakfast is not a buffet, but it is good to order. The room, restaurant and lobby are very quiet. There is no service, and you have to carry your own luggage.

This is a perfect stay experience. From service to cleanliness, to all the experiences, I am very satisfied. It is also very friendly to parents and children. I will definitely stay in their penthouse next time I have a chance. I like this hotel so much❤️

The night view from the room is really great, it's beautiful! If you are a free person, I suggest you book a few consecutive days to experience it, because the surrounding area is so nice to visit

The hotel opened in 2023, the rooms are new, the area is large, the floor is high and the view is good. The downside is that it is too noisy (living on the 41st floor, you can clearly hear the fire trucks, subways, and singing downstairs) The breakfast is really too ordinary, you can only eat some fried eggs, fruits, coffee, and vegetable salad. Nothing else. The service is average (it is the service that should be provided at this price, I won't go into details) The gym is on the 18th floor, and the equipment is very complete.

When booking, we specially marked a quiet room. We stayed for 5 consecutive nights at 6,000 per night. The hotel actually arranged a room near the subway station for us. The noise of several trains entering and leaving the station at the same time before 12 o'clock every night made people unable to sleep. At night, the sound of ambulances continued. At 6 o'clock in the morning, there was another round of subways entering the station. The room was on a high floor, but there was no sky view at all. There were low houses and subway tracks. I really don't understand why this is a different treatment! ! ! The price of the hotel breakfast is even more outrageous! Because it only includes two adults, the child has to buy an extra one. In other hotels, children are half price. This hotel costs more than 5,000 yen for a child's breakfast, and the breakfast is the same every day. It is really not worth eating more than twice! In short, at this price, I will not stay in this room for a second time! !

The hotel is very new. The room size is already considered to be generous in Tokyo. The floor is very high and you can have a panoramic view of Shinjuku. I personally think the view from the large French window is no worse than Shibuya Sky. The most important thing is that the service is really good. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit strange. Children and adults don't like it very much.

The hotel is located in the Shinjuku district of Kabukicho, close to many convenience stores, restaurants and other shops, which is very convenient! In terms of accommodation, the environmental sanitation is very good and the space is full! I will definitely consider booking again next time I come to Tokyo!
