The room is good design, minimal, big size and comfortable, suitable for families with kids. The Air-Con and heaters are perfect, we felt warm and cozy while we stayed. The staffs are so kind, friendly and lovely. The location is nice, not to busy but nearby the subway station, and have elevator to subway for baby stroller at A3 Exit.(Very good) We are really happy and love this place.

It's very neat and clean, with a full sense of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls and utensils. The shower room is separated from dry and wet areas, with a large mirror and a long table for placing items, and sufficient lighting.

The service staff are very kind and the rooms are comfortable and clean. There are two Japanese-style rooms and one Japanese-style room in the six-person room. The space is well planned and the children like it very much.

There isn't much to do around, but it's very close to the subway station. It wasn't the kind of hotel you go to on a package tour, but it was good enough to have a good time with the cute staff.

I had a family of 4 person so the 2 bedroom suite was just right. the hotel was situated at a residential area and was nice and quiet. It is also safe as my family frequently went out at night to the convenience stores. There was eateries and convenience stores near by. The train station was only about 600m away so very convenient. We reached the hotel before the standard check in time and left our luggage with the reception. when we came back, they already put our luggage in the room !!! So impress. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped with induction cooker, microwave, cutleries etc. The best was the washing machine. The staff like Yu was very nice and friendly. They could speak English. Would stay there again if we ever go to Tokyo again.

Location: Excellent. Not in a busy area but surprisingly in a residential neighborhood with a few single family stand alone houses and a few apartments. They were actually finishing a 5-6 story apartment building across the street but the window insulation was so good that I couldn't hear anything. Oh, and there was a temple next door but no traffic to it that I could see. It's an under 5 minute to 2 subway station entrances and there are lots of convenience stores and small restaurants within a block or two. You can just eat there or take the subway to anywhere else so the location is really good. Quiet: There are only 2 units per floor. It was relatively quiet. We couldn't hear anyone else through the windows or floors but we could occasionally hear people in the stairwell because it was concrete and echoed. Only one negative thing happened was that on the last day the HVAC unit above the bed started ticking loudly and there wasn't anything I could do about it so I had to put in ear plugs to sleep. Amenities: They had a washer/dryer, two stove hot plate, utensils and plates, microwave and fridge. Pretty much everything you needed if you wanted to cook instead of eating out and Life Supermarket was a short 10 minute walk away. The toilet and shower/sink were in different rooms so you had to get out and then in the other room to wash after you pooped but then two people could use the facilities separately. The toilet had a slight sewage smell but we noticed that in another hotel we stayed at as well. Not sure if it's a Japan thing. And occasionally you would get a sniff of sewage as well walking past manholes in the street too. Rooms: We got basically a 2 bedroom suite though the bedrooms only had sliding Japanese doors that didn't keep out the light or noise. But it was good enough. I didn't have any problems with myself or others eating outside while I was sleeping. The main dining table was a generous bench with bench seats on both sides. There was also a tatami area which we used to put our open luggage on as an open closet area. There was also a balcony we never used. Overall, most of the space was very usable. It's one of the best hotel spaces I've used in the last 10 years. And everything was clean and fairly new. I would 100% recommend this place. And the staff were very nice and friendly, the best that I've ever met in my life.
