Good location, just few minutes walk from Okachimachi JR or Ueno Hirokoji subway stations. Lots of food choice around. Very clean environment, nice and helpful checkin service. You can choose between towel exchange only or full makeup room which is good. The room is facing the wall of the adjacent building so there is barely any light going into the room, not to say any street view. There is only a stool without the back, so it is not comfy enough if you have some work to do using notebook computer.

CONVINIENCED LOCATION, U CAN USE ALL AMENITY ON 2ND LOBBY FLOOR FREELY, CLOSED TO AMEYOKOCHO FOR NIGHT MARKET AND IZAKAYA, CLOSED TO GINZA LINE(G LINE) AND OEDO LINE(E LINE), EVERYTHING WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND COZY

Location is amazing. Public transport and shopping area are just around the corner. Very convenient. Room is a bit small but enough for solo travelers.

A great place to stay and a great location. Don’t purchase the breakfast if you have food allergies - they didn’t email me back about gluten free being unavailable for ages and they wouldn’t refund my breakfast vouchers once I realised I couldn’t eat the breakfast. Not the end of the world, just dormitory be aware of

Location is the best, though room size is small, breakfast is set type with 3 similar options, facilities are basic, yet the hotel is considerably good value for money as it is a short walking distance to metro/jr, keisei line to/from Narita airport and lots of good shopping everything you need from Tokyo, they are all in 5 mins walk. Self check in & out with assistance from staff convenient & fast. This hotel is in cooperation with same-day luggage delivery agency, making travelling to & from airport is lighter & more convenient at very reasonable rate.

Hotel is a bit old and (few) staff is not helpful, someone can not speak English and not try to understand and seek for help.

Instance fall in love this area as it’s located the heartland of ueno, it’s walking distance to the subway station. The location have variety of food stalls.

Excellent location, very close to ueno and skyliner. A bit confusing at first as lobby is on the second floor.

The location of this hotel is super central within Ueno. The only downside is the rooms are smaller than average by Tokyo standards and resemble cruise ship rooms but on the other hand, the nightly rate is pretty cheap so you can't really expect more. To accommodate my family of 3, I booked two rooms and luckily they were able to be next to each other and this was a good solution when me or my partner needed to get work done at night/early morning and we didn't want to disturb our toddler from sleeping.

Happening area and be prepared to see the night side of Tokyo. 5min walk to Skyliner station. No worries even when you need to catch a 9am flight out of Narita airport!

Awesome location, near everything, train station, restaurants, stores, museums and park. Highly recommended. Room is small but good enough for me as a solo traveller. Keep in mind, the hotel will charge you more if you bring in another person to stay with you.
