HOTEL MYSTAYS Iidabashi (Old name：Flexstay Inn Iidabashi) Reviews

I will NOT recommend this place at all. Service is extremely bad. The inside of the building smells really old and moldy. My family itinerary is really jam packed that we need to leave very early morning to get to our destination,we politely requested for a replacement towel and he annoyingly gave me the angry face saying that they only provide during business hours. Ok fair enough but what about for thos travellers whose not in their premise the whole day??? How can we request for extra towels ? I then contacted Trip.com support, they told me that they have contacted the front desk .. i told them to just leave it inside the room but nothing happened!! We used our dirty and wet towels. Stay away from this place. It is also very far from train tracks!

We are a family of 4, kids aged 8 and 11, we are first time to visit Japan. We lived in six different hotels during our holiday in September 2023. We like to rank Flexstay Lidabashi as No. 1. We enjoyed its convenient&quiet location and kitchen facilities. The room itself is clean enough, the facility is old but quite clean. The supermarket is just across the street, opposite of our building. Great place for living for a short time. Best value for money.

About 700 meters from the train station, the room has all the amenities. Nearby there is a supermarket, good cheap food. But there are complaints about cleanliness. The window curtain has black mold. Under the bed the dust was very thick.

I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a non-smoking room, but there was no smell and I was able to stay comfortably.

They were renovating the rooms, so it was noisy during the day. At night, you could hear the people in the next room. It was average considering the price.

For Tokyo, the room was spacious and comfortable. I was surprised to find a kitchen, rice cooker, microwave, and tableware, although I didn't use them. I think it would be nice to stay for a long time.

There's a lot of dust. I don't smoke. The room smells like smoke.

Close to the station, convenient. In the room you can cook. There is a stove, pans, plates and bowls. In front of the hotel there is a supermarket.

The room was clean and comfortable

Equipment is a bit old. The toilet is not very clean.

The double room was moderately spacious and good for spreading things out. And microwave ovens, induction, bowls, spoons, knives, pots, etc. I liked the composition of the pension rather than a hotel. It was very convenient to buy food at the mart across the hotel and eat it.

I used it for 1 night! It was very beautiful and comfortable (^^) thank you very much! ! ! ! !
