Henn na Hotel Tokyo Asakusabashi Reviews

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near to JR and Toei train stations. There are few convenient stores nearby so easily buy foods and drinks at late night. The hotel room’s design is modern and good space, comes with bathtub. It provides self service for storage service after checkout so I don’t have to carry my big luggage around because my flight was in the evening departing from Haneda. However, I didn’t expect the cleanliness was getting worst after seeing the past review was mentioning the room was clean and nice. The problem was the housekeeping crew did not move the bed to the original positions after they changed the bedsheets or tidying up the bedsheets and blankets.And the table was slanted and the housekeeping crew never clean up the table and left my used glass on the table and oily surface left overnight I think it was due to my supper placed on the table the night before. Other than the cleannesses issues, I have no other complaints. Overall, it was a great experience to stay in a robotic reception hotel with the room equipped with with an electric closet which could remove smell especially your jackets.

Clean, silence and safe. I chose a single room as i was traveling on my own and it was a great selection of hotel. The only complain would be the pillow that was absolutely horrible and i am having neck pain since the first night. Subway and restaurants/shops two minutes by foot.

What I love about this hotel is that it is close to the train station and that the breakfast buffet is mixed Indian and Japanese Cuisine. The food is so delicious! They also have basic amenities and comfortable room. 2 medium and 1 small suitcase fits well in the room. The staff are nice too. This is a good place to stay but the travelling in the train with suitcases to get here is a pain. However, The hotel is pretty good!

You can take Asakusa line directly from narita airport to the hotel (no need to purchase a skyliner ticket)

Easy to store luggage with self service system, check in easily with self service and assistance from robot receptionist. Everything you need is here. LG styler in the room is a great use! Netflix is also available on TV.

It was perfect: good location, tidy, quite, two beds and the entire hotel is non-smoking. Also, check-in went super quick because there were no humans involved.

Excellent value for the ¥¥¥, futuristic feeling and very kind housekeeping staff. Strongly recommend!

Super awesome... Very clean room n sufficient amenities.. Staffs are very helpful and friendly... Easy access frm Haneda and to Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (one train only). And only takes abt 4mins walk frm Asakusabashi station... Definitely will stay here on my future trip to Tokyo... Tqsm we had a great stay...

In summary, while Henn na Hotel Tokyo offers an overall satisfactory experience, the exceptionally hard bed significantly impacted the quality of stay, resulting in lower backaches after just one night. Despite the other aspects being acceptable, the discomfort caused by the bed makes the price unjustifiable. Unfortunately, the inability to secure a refund added to the dissatisfaction. Regrettably, I won't consider returning, even if the stay were offered for free, due to the critical issue with the bed's comfort.

Really liked this hotel. Only stayed for two nights but loved the location. It’s in a really quiet nice area but really close to the train station to get into central Tokyo. The staff were really helpful when we needed to get rid of broken luggage and the robots were a bit odd but made the hotel interested.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and near the metro.The robots are truly amazing.

The pillow is so hard , this is the only reason why I won’t choose this hotel again. I really can’t sleep.

Lovely location and very close to train station. Loved the front desk robots. They can dance for you if you ask. They also have luggage storage available upon checkout.

I really love everything about this hotel but the breakfast offerings are terrible to say the least
