Conveniently located next to Tokyo Station. Took us less than 10min on foot to get to the Hokuriku line for our trip to Karuizawa the next day. Room was of decent size. Breakfast area was divided into Japansese and Western. The food was fresh and delicious.

The entrance to the hotel is at lobby level 1 but the reception is at level 27. Those who will travel to kyoto or Osaka. This hotel is just a walking distance to JR Shinkansen line. The subway or JR staff at the counter are able to communicate in English. The Green color suica card can be bought from the ticketing machine except the red color suica card for tourist (28days usage) only can be bought at airport. Restaurants and daimaru are in the JR building... Very convenient.

Fantastic location once you figure out which exit to take from Tokyo Station (it’s the Nihombashi exit, near the Yaesu North and Marunouchi North exits). Made the mistake of not checking this before our arrival and ended up walking through the whole Tokyo station with luggage in tow - not a good experience given how crowded the station gets. While the proximity to the station is a plus (with the various food and shopping options within the station and for traveling out), there aren’t many convenience stores around as it is more of a business area - something travellers tend to look for as part of the quintessential Japan travelling experience. The rooms are located 28 floors and above, so you get a really great view of the city. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side as expected of Tokyo, but it was still comfortable for two. What’s great is the vending machine, coin laundry and ice machine in the hotel!! The gym isn’t much (just treadmill, elliptical machine), so something to be mindful of if you’re planning on keeping to your workout routine.

Location: vantage location, just right next to the Tokyo JR station, which is connected to the Narita Airport by the airport bus and also the N’ex AirPort Express. The Tokyo Jr Station also connects to the Yamanote Line, Ginza Line, Marunochi Line etc, such that the famous destinations such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Omote-sando are all within 30 mins train ride. Hotel Reception: Warm hospitality, the receptionist helped us to store our luggage until we returned for the next flight, also they escorted us to our car from the 27/G lobby. Room: I could say their rooms are quite spacious comparing to those ordinary hotels, super gorgeous city views, definitely need to reserve the room with the train station view, or you will be regretted.

The location is good, very near the airport bus drop off point. Literally a min away from the building. It is very near to Tokyo station and there's a Daimaru nearby. The price for this hotel can be a little pricey. Not recommended for 3 people as the room does not allow for luggage to be fully open. But other than that, it is good for a convenient stay. Service by the hotel staff is good too. You can ask for directions at the counter desk.

The hotel is near Tokyo station. The room is spacious for solo traveller. The hotel staff is nice. Just the hotel room is bit pricey.

Only manage to get a 1 night stay as nearby dates is sold out. Was a good stay for the price and size of hotel. Lobby is grand and staff is helpful. Checking in early is available if u pay. And also there is accommodation tax by per day. Overall good stay with nice location and direct bus from airport by the lcb.

Best hotel we had ever stayed near Tokyo Station. Proce is on the high side but it ticks all the box !

Near station with check out time at 12nn. The room with size 18m with queen bed is much better than double bed, can fit more luggage cases.

The staff are impeccable in their attention to customers. Bravo! The rooms are slightly dated and need to be slightly bigger so you can get in/out of both sides of a queen bed. I wish there was a lounge bar you could sit at rather than table service but perhaps that’s a peculiarly American thing. Location at the North Exit of Tokyo Station is convenient.

Excellent location. Right at the Tokyo Station. Rooms with a great view. Select your room basis the size and view that you prefer. Limitation: Staff at front desk speak limited English. On occasion difficult to communicate. Similarly so in the restaurant. There are many reviews on Trip Advisor forum to guide on how to reach hotel from the Tokyo Station. Apart from Tokyo Station there are two other stations that can be used to reach the Hotel.

Hotel location is second to none, with easy access to Tokyo metro, JR line, and Haneda airport. The bellman actively approach me to offer assistance. Thank you for providing a good stay

Nice business hotel located in Tokyo station well connected to everywhere you want to go in Japan . Nothing much for kids. Exit yaesu north exit and look for shimbashi (jr) to find hotel upon exit

This is the second time I stayed at the same hotel. I am very pleased with the good services rendered by the reception staff. One lady even offered to show me the way to the metro station to board the right line to a place in the suburb I was going to. Another staff pulled out a shopping directory advising me on the shop to get a product I was looking for. Thank you for making me feel welcome!
