The location is great, really near to Shinkoiwa station. Ideal place for travellers who want to have a comfortable bed for having a good rest after sightseeing the whole day. The food was very good, we could select always something really delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful, many thanks! We really enjoyed staying there!

The room is small but it is enough for a solo traveler. There is a washing machine and dryer, breakfast is provided, and the location is good, about 400 to 500 meters from the station. I will come again next time.

I'm pretty sure this is a very good hotel Service facilities and location are very good I will stay here again next time I come to Tokyo - There are many down-to-earth restaurants downstairs of the hotel. I like this old and trendy atmosphere with a sense of time.

2 nights in a row with live performance at Tokyo Dome. The room was small, but I was alone so it wasn't a problem. I was on the 8th floor, so I could see the river outside the window and didn't feel claustrophobic. Because the cafeteria is under construction, bento boxes were distributed for breakfast.

This is the first time I give a bad review to a Japanese hotel. The service level needs to be improved. The original hotel regulations stipulate that the rooms can be cleaned between 10-15 o'clock. On the first day, I went out at 11 o'clock and hung a sign outside for room cleaning, but the waiter acted as if he didn't see it and when he came back at night, it was still the same. On the second day, I hung the sign outside before 10 o'clock. As a result, at 10 o'clock, the waiter knocked on the door and told him to wait a little longer. After ten minutes, he directly called the hotel manager's front desk over. The attitude was quite fierce and he said that since the cleaning was to be done, please let me leave immediately. He started to chase me away and I couldn't stay in the room for even a second 🙄. I have stayed in so many hotels in Japan, but this is the first time I have encountered a hotel that chases guests away as soon as the cleaning time is up. Let's not talk about not cleaning after hanging a sign. May I ask, during the 5-hour cleaning time, your hotel does not let guests stay for even a second? The result of not hanging the sign at 10 o'clock is that you will not be cleaned. Is there no room for compromise? It's really funny.

The room is small and well equipped. The 1.4.@ meter bed is a bit narrow. Everything else is good, transportation and food are very convenient. There is a food street just outside the door.
