Generally quite satisfying with this 3 star hotel. With nice service and the room is pretty clean, just small as usual stay in Japan hotel. Breakfast is acceptable, and staff always replace when it is empty, which is quite nice. But better to have more food choices. The location of the hotel is still acceptable, but still but far away from Shinjuku station TBH

A clean and cosy boutique hotel. Relatively small and the room with 4 beds was small for the 5 of us (3 young kids). Hardly had any space to open our luggage. But it was a cosy room and the toilet was cosy too. Not very near the malls or train station but if you walk around there are lots of food options and convenience stores. The ramen festival was just opposite the hotel when we travelled. Overall, I think it’s good for families who don’t mind walking around but with young kids in tow, it was too hard for us.

Very very helpful staff and polite. Hotel is in the centre of town. Breakfast not very good for vegetarian guest as need to have more variety. Luggage transfer service also available. Thanks to all the lovely staff.

Despite the proximity to ******************s, I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable during my stay.

Clean & stylish rooms with cafe lounge at lobby. 8mins walk to Shinjuku & Seibu station, enjoy all night life, entertain shows & gathering spots. 10mins walk to 新大久保station , Lots of Korean fine foods, stores & little bars.

Great location and price

It was decent, breakfast was basic, location was pretty good. But there is alot of noise from the hospital (ambulance siren). Also, I needed to coment on my displeasure on our room cleaning. The cleaner barely cleaned the room, only the towels were changed and that's it. our cups and utensils were all left unwashed.

Room is small to extend you cannot afford to lay your luggages open or else it will block your walking path in the room. No proper cabinet to hang clothes. Rooms corridors are wider than the walking place in the room. Breakfast is Simple, Continental type & their serving time is from 7am - 10am. So for some reason you need to take it earlier, they WON’T have it ready for you. So you are on your own even you have paid for their breakfast together with the room.

The hotel was close to the station (Seibu Shinjuku, Shinjuku Station). Although the surroundings are very crowded, however we can rest comfortably and not being disturbed with any loud sounds from the clubs. The staffs are very nice and understand our needs. The breakfast menu although simple but it tasted delicious especially the scrambled egg. Also the room was very spacious for 3. Definitely one of top picks for hotel in this area.

Location is a bit far away from the Shinjuku station on foot. It will take more than 15 minutes which is not convenient especially when we are having a few big baggage. Room is nice but it is a bit dusty.

Walking distance to metro but still quite far Be wary if walking alone at night as there are shady people standing along the streets Room is v small

The service is great! Me and my friend went to Mt. Fuji in between our stay. The staff helped us to keep the luggage and sent to our room before check-in for the next booking. The room is clean and nice. Around 15 mins walk to Shinjuku station. Many restaurants and shops open till mid-night in the area. I would recommend people who enjoy nightlife to stay in this hotel.
