Hotel Yae No Midori Tokyo Reviews

Nice hotel, only location a bit far from JR station but rooms are new and near Family Mart which is good.

Hotel is near a couple of subway stations, convenient to connect to other subway lines. Walking distance to Tokyo station too. Room was big enough for 2. Enjoyed our stay.

Location is great and located closed to Hatchobori station. The room is very clean and tidy.

We had a good stay. Room was good and spacious by Japanese standards with good amenities. However there was a security issue - someone had entered our room while we were out to remove a placeholder keycard for the room’s electricity. I raised this with the hotel to get back to us on why this was the case but they did not get back when we checked out.

The hotel is nice n neat. Overall is good except for the basin, which is quite small n always spill out water when i brush my teeth or wash my face.

Hotel is easy to locate, 10-15mins walk from Tokyo station. Room is clean and comfortable !

Convenient.

There is no service at all. Guests are asked to go to the first store to get water and supplies by themselves. This hotel is not 4 stars, only 2 and a half and 3 stars. The first waiter did not understand English very well, and one of the waiters did not understand English. Zhonghui I'm sorry, 4-star hotels are not like this... Every time I go back to the hotel, I have to go to the 14th floor first and then go back to my room... Oh! 

You can reach Hatchobori Subway Station within a 5-minute walk, which is quite convenient. The only drawback is that there is no elevator at the nearby subway station. It only takes about 12 minutes to walk to Tokyo Station. The environment is hygienic and clean. It is highly recommended.
