Room is big enough for family(2 adults & 2 children).
Trough it is an old style hotel, it keeps well and clean.
It’s really a nice experience for my family to live in.

Ueno is a good location for travelling via Narita Airport. This hotel is at a convenience location, 5 mins from JR station, but a little more walk for the Keisei line. Overall it is good value for money.

This is my first time traveling alone. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to get to Ueno Station and there are 3 different convenience stores nearby.

The room was nice and had a window. The service is good. There are laptops on the first floor that you can use for free. You can store your luggage after check-out. The staff speaks English well and even borrowed an electric iron. It is very close to Ueno Park and Ueno Station and is easy to find. It is highly recommended.
