Front desk staff is proficient in English. The hotel is located at the top of a hill. However, you can avoid walking up the slope via a public lift that provides easy access to the nearby subway station. The photo of the public lift is attached.
Response from Property: Dear valued Guest,Thank you so much for staying at the b Akasaka! We're glad to hear that our front desk staff is proficient in English and that you found an alternative way to reach the nearby subway station without having to walk up the hill. We appreciate your feedback and hope you had a pleasant stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!Best regards, the b Akasaka

Check-in went smoothly and quickly. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and close to subway, convenient stores, local bar etc... The was big enough and clean. The shower worked perfectly. Great place to stay.

It is a great value because it is on a walking distance to the Middtown complex in Roppongi. The staff is very helpful and we were treated with a cup of traditional Anazake on the first of January !

My favourite Japanese business hotel chain. Safe, clean, convenient. Way more than decent breakfast, nice size room (for Tokyo!) Only ding would be no bathtub in the toilet. No onsen in the building. So no nice hot soak at the end of cold days. Nonetheless, great location... 10mins walk to Akasaka station (with a ton of restaurants in the vicinity) and about 20mins walk the other way right to the heart of Roppongi.

The hotel was clean and located in the middle of my itinerary. However not close enough to shops or the city center. The hotel was clean and nice staff. The room was a little small but it is Japan.

I chose this hotel when I came to the TBS building for business. The location is from Akasaka Exit 3b, take the escalator to the ground. Walk towards the TBS building and turn right. There is a TBS elevator at the corner that is fast uphill. Go up to the 4th floor. Go out and walk forward for 100 meters. The rice has arrived. The facilities are still the B style, but this one only has showers. There is free coffee and donuts in the lobby on the first floor. I have not tried them in Fukuoka before, but they tasted pretty good this time. My personal experience is quite good. I will choose this or nearby Fresa next time I visit TBS.

The single room is very small, perfect for one person The room is cleaned every day and the bed is made neatly The washing machine and dryer are very convenient to use! The coffee machine in the lobby is self-service 24 hours a day The breakfast is Western style and it's OK It's across the street from TBS! There's also a small theater to watch! The transportation location is very convenient! There are also many food nearby, udon noodles, curry rice, and drug stores are all very close The environment is also very quiet, not noisy, you can sleep well

Overall, it was clean. There was only a shower and no bathtub, and it was compact overall, but it was nice to have space to work in the room. I don't think there was any particular noise coming from the next room. The co-working space is open from 10:00-22:00 and can be used even after check-out, but as you can see in the photo, there was often no one there, so I was able to work quite comfortably.

Anyway, this hotel is the farthest from the subway among the hotels I have chosen in Tokyo. It is probably four or five minutes away, and it is all slopes. But the hygiene and layout are good, and the view outside the window is also beautiful. It is located in the wealthy area of Tokyo. There is no bathtub.

Second time staying here. Just like a normal business hotel, the room is very small but fully equipped. It is no problem for a single person to stay on a business trip. The coffee and donuts in the lobby are delicious, and the breakfast is also rich. However, the location of the hotel may be difficult to find. Walk up the mountain from the TSB building after exiting the Akasaka subway station. It is more labor-saving to go up with the elevator. Otherwise, it is too laborious to drag the luggage along the mountain road. There is also Xinrongji nearby. If you have money, you can go and try it to see which one is more expensive than in China😊

The most satisfactory hotel in the entire trip, communication barrier-free, convenient transportation, desserts are delivered every day, the key is that the price is reasonable, the surrounding is very quiet, and it is also convenient to eat
