That’s more of a dormitory experience than a hotel experience. But it’s a good value for reasonable price. There are lots of shops nearby and it takes only 6-10 minutes to get to the station. If you’re planning to visit Asakusa or Akihabara, the location is very convenient. It’s pretty cold in the room, so we had to use the heater every night. There is no safe deposit box either in the room or reception desk. Also it was a bit strange to find the roofless plaza in the middle of the hotel but it was fun to take some photos there.

Great location with a Lawson just next to the hotel. Just need to know that you have to pay for the room cleaning service per day if you want to.

The room is very small, as is the toilet. However, the room has 2 sinks, and the bed is quite large and comfortable. There is also a table and a chair. There is no closet, so things need to be hung on a hanger. The location of the hotel is simply incredible! It is a 15-minute walk to the metro, and there are convenience stores, cafes and a shopping center within walking distance. The area is quiet and pleasant. If I go to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay here!

My parents spent three nights at double room of this hotel. They liked hotel location and facilities provided. The breakfast was quite delicious given the relatively cheap price. Overall they have enjoyed their stay and happy with this hotel.

An aged hotel. The room was small with barely enough space to manoeuvre for two pax. The toilet was really cramped even for an average-sized female like me. I wonder if the second Hotel Mystay Kameido building would be a better building with better amenities. The room we got was one that faced West and the room felt damp with a lack of sufficient sunlight streaming in. What made it more unacceptable was that there was continuous loud crow cawing from 7am onwards which made us wake up earlier than planned every day. However, the hotel staff were all hospitable and helpful. Their service would have warranted a better hotel and updated amenities.

The room may be small and the bathroom smaller, but Hotel Mystays Kameido is complete, despite being compact. Everything you need is there and literally within reach. The management’s thoughtfulness shines through with small details that they provide like a shoe horn, flashlight, shoe brush, facial cleansing oil, facial cream, some teabags, the coin laundry. The room was clean and fresh-smelling. The bathroom was well stocked. And the bed was comfortable enough to rest our weary bodies on. Train and bus stops are a few hundred meters away, making the rest of Tokyo highly accessible. Lawson is nearby. I would opt to stay here again on my next visit because I appreciate the everyday cheerfulness, helpfulness and trustworthiness of their hotel staff, as well as its central location relative to other destinations within Tokyo.

Most spacious of the hotels I've had in Tokyo, and best amenities in the hotel. Had a microwave, water boiler, and fridge. Although this hotel is a little bit older and rough around the edges, I most enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Tokyo. It's tucked away in a suburban neighborhood that is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The local mall Kameido clock offers interesting shopping.

Great location to JR line and Kameido shopping centre and Lawson across the road. Room is nice shower toilet small but ok if you small. Staff are really accommodating and just a beautiful country and great view of the SKYTREE

Perfect! Booked for a very cheap price and yet the quality of the room is superb. The room is just enough for two, but hey, we are not in tokyo to stay in the hotel but rather roam around the city. This hotel is just so perfect for tourist like us. Very near Kameido station (JR Line) that connects you all Kanto Region! I wont hesitate to book one more time again in this hotel. Sheets are crisp white, bathroom spotless and very helpful staff.

While the rooms aren’t particularly spacious, they provide adequate comfort for solo travelers seeking a central and convenient stay in Tokyo.

Hotel staffs are nice, location is a bit far away but there is a transportation nearby.

Great double room. The location is okay and Tokyo has so many trains that its fine.
