Hotels in Haneda Airport/Kamata, Tokyo

Kamata Station is where I used to work and I visited it after 20 years. Although there have been a lot of changes, there are some nice buildings that are still the same, so I was filled with memories. I chose Chisun Hotel because it was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced, and it was only about 4 stops away from Shinagawa, so getting around wasn't bad either. The air conditioner was making noise, so I asked for a room change, and they fixed it and gave me a breakfast voucher. Breakfast was clean and delicious. All in all, it was a satisfactory stay.

A new hotel that is clean, has good Wi-Fi, a nice onsen and a great place to break up a trip before you fly or after a long day of flying. Connected to the Terminal 3 (international terminal) it is build on top of a small shopping mall with a few restaurants. The hotel has pushed for self check-in and check-out and has a row of these machines with a very small face-to-face area. Some people might not like this. For me the check in machine didn’t work properly and the staff helping me took 4 tries before it would scan my passport. Check-out was fast though and took under a minute. My room had its own air conditioner so in winter the room wasn’t boiling hot which for me is a very major plus point (if you’ve travelled in Japan in winter a lot you will know what I mean!). I’d be very happy to stay here again

Very close to JR Kamata Station, about 500 meters walk. There are many izakayas nearby and it is very lively at night, but there are often older men and women standing on the roadside soliciting customers, which is unsettling. There seems to be a place like ラブホテ behind the street. Swipe the card to get on the elevator. The service guide is only in Japanese. There is a microwave and coffee machine on the first floor that can be used freely. The room is relatively clean and the layout is relatively reasonable, but it is very compact. The TV is installed in a place where you will bump into it when you get up. The facilities are quite complete, but sometimes you will be woken up by sirens in the middle of the night, but there is no other noise except for the crows in the morning. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. The biggest feeling after staying for a few days is the convenient transportation. There is nothing special about other things. Even the service level is average in Japan.

The hotel is located near Putian Station on the Keikyu Line. It takes about 10 minutes to walk slowly. You will also pass a small local market on the way, where you can try local food. There is a local supermarket next to the hotel, which is well worth visiting. The hotel's facilities and environment are very clean. The service staff's attitude is also very good. Although the room is a little small, it is fully equipped.

If you take early flight, it's recommended to stay at Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport. It's located next to Row N at the departure hall. You do the self check-in and check-out at the machine, a staff will be around assisting you. The room is clean and with an additional bed for my kid, we still have space to walk. The toilet is clean and provides all the toiletry things.

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.

I stayed for the previous night because the flight the next day was early in the morning. I will describe 5 points that were good and 3 points that I noticed. ■ good point (1) The location was good It is a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata station. The location is very good. I think there is a big suitcase that doesn't bite. (2) Amenities were neat Some business hotels have cheap amenities, but this amenities were neat. I smelled very good, such as shampoo. (3) There was a smoking room It was an essential condition for a smoker. It was difficult to relax while smoking slowly in the room. (4) There was an outlet on the pillow Some hotels have only outlets around the desk, but this hotel had a proper outlet on the pillow. It was very convenient because I was able to lie down and use my smartphone while charging. (5) There was a microwave oven in the shared space. It was important to warm the celery purchased at dinner. Some rooms seem to have household appliances such as microwave ovens in the rooms. ■ Note that (1) There was no morning call service When I asked for a morning call the next morning at check-in, I was refused to be able to do it at the front desk at first. It may be a risk hedge to avoid trouble with guests when the morning call doesn't ring. However, I felt a little unkind to refuse a morning call at the front desk of a business hotel. (2) The light outside was a corner room. There was no thick curtain in the window in the room, and it was only blind. So the lights outside leaked in the middle of the night. When I went to bed, it was a little bright even if I turned off all the electricity in the room. (3) The room is quite small The price was 4000 yen per night, no bus, only a shower room. I was prepared to some extent, but it was still a narrow impression. It is suitable for the price. It was the best to spread one suitcase for in-flight bring. I think it would be better to check the number of square rice in the room when booking if you have a large suitcase. Overall it was a satisfactory hotel. I would like to use it in the previous night.

It is about 10 minutes walk from JR Kamata station, but it is about 2 minutes from Renike station on the Tokyu Ikegami line. It was a feeling of being in the residential area. It is never a high quality hotel, but the sincerity of trying to do what you can has been transmitted. The explanation of the drinks (tea packs, etc.) and toothbrushes placed at the front desk was also polite. Breakfast is also free, so there is no more beck you want, but it seemed to be careful to replenish. The unit bus is small, but there is no inconvenience if you only take a shower. Overall, there was no dissatisfaction.

Overnight stay for our family before traveling to Haneda airport. Location was easy to find, just take the overhead bridge at keikyu kamata station and go past seven eleven and turn right at second street path. Room was clean with apple tv and full bathroom amenities. At the lobby there is an area for people to do their work, use their laptop and same time enjoy drinking cup of coffee or tea. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants at keikyu kamata station and we enjoy our soba at Fuji Soba opposite family mart.

The hotel is located close to Haneda Airport. Whether it is a taxi or the hotel's shuttle bus, it is very convenient and cheap, especially for travelers who want to take the early morning flight. The reception desk is very unique. You have to be mentally prepared to arrive at the hotel at midnight. XD
