This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

The room and view are great, and the service is worthy of the price. The swimming pool is good, but children are not allowed to swim. The children are a bit disappointed. If you are a parent, you will not choose this place next time. Conrad’s facilities are not as new as Prince Gallery, but it is more child-friendly . This hotel is suitable for couples... it will be very graphic.

My husband and I recently stayed 4 nights at The Kitano and overall we really enjoyed our stay. A few pros, the room was clean and larger than expected. The hotel only had 4 floors so it gave a boutique feeling in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast (but felt like they could have helped a bit more when trying to find dinner, which was a bit difficult for us). Worth mentioning, the location was a little far from the sights and not on the JR loop so we had to take the regular subway which took a little extra planing and time. The general area didn’t have many good restaurants so plan ahead. Even though we enjoyed our stay but as tourists we would probably select a different location next time.

Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The staff from concierge, to Saryoh club lounge, restaurants and the Spa were amazing. We stayed here for a 15 year anniversary and the staff ensured we celebrated and enjoyed all moments. Shout out to the Tepanyaki chef from Hokkaido who has been with The Capitol Tokyu for over 15 years, from preparing a remarkable and unforgettable meal. It is not a hotel in the classic sense. It is more like a Boardinghouse. The rooms are like small apartments with a bathroom, small kitchenette, washing machine. The room is really large for Japanese conditions, we had a room with double bed, sofa, small table, desk, TV (only Japanese broadcasters), air conditioning, small balcony, from which we even could see the Fuji Mount. The bed was very good, comfortable, large (Japanese double beds are otherwise often very narrow!), good bed linen. All overall was very clean, but the sofa had a lot of spots and overall could be renovated once. It really only refers to the optics, it worked everything. In the bathroom everything was available (as usual in Japan). The kitchen line is too small to really cook something, but for breakfast, cupnoodles or to warm up a finished dish in the microwave is enough. However, there are so many restaurants in the nearby run that you can go very well to eat. We booked the room without breakfast because you can also go to a very good and relatively cheap breakfast in Japan and the hotel's breakfast had no good reviews. The hotel is located on a 4-spurged street, it is nothing more out on the evening and in the room it was absolutely quiet. The public transportation station is 3 minutes walking distance, the metro and JR trains are driven to the station. You can get to all the attractions well. Of course you are also on a longer journey in Tokyo. There are 2 mini markets near the hotel where you can take care of everything. Entry and check-in went quickly and smoothly, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again and can recommend the hotel in full. Whoever has been living in a Japanese hotel for a long time knows to appreciate the size of the rooms!

We stayed for 3 nights in November 2021. Thank you very much for your consideration of the upgrade of the room because you made a slightly irregular reservation. The location is very convenient because it is close to the station entrance to the train platform and is close to the station entrance. It is 7 minutes from Ichigaya Station, but I took about 10 minutes. Well, this is a personal difference. There is a climb from the station to the hotel and a downhill from the hotel to the station. It was really nice. There’s not that many hotels that serve a room for 3 people but here has it. I didn’t want a room with camp bed or folding bed. The additional bed was cosy here. The room was quite small for three people but we almost didn’t stay in the room and just came here for a sleep so it was fine. Two convenience stores are near to the hotel and it’s really close to the subway station Hanzomon so I thought it’s a perfect choice for the Tokyo trip. Plus next to the hotel there’s a quick soba restaurant maybe for the morning business man was cheap and the taste is also not bad. If you’re busy you can try it

Why should you stay at this hotel as a tourist? First of all, location. Only 5 minutes walk from Ichigaya JR & Metro station, across the bridge. So centralise that if you take the trains towards any direction at rush hour in the morning, you get empty cars, as the crowds are coming against you. Equally, as you return in the evening, the crowds are going the other way. It's a great hotel, super convenient, comfortable, nice and clean. But it is not prepared to service foreign visitors. Hardly anyone has minimum control of English. They will usually leave the call, or the desk, or pretend they cannot help, but once you use the term HELP, they will make everything possible to help, no matter how confused they are. I'd be happy to return and stay strategically here. Why not? The only reason to stay elsewhere is if you have a much higher budget.

This was one of the best hotel in Tokyo especially Shinjuku area. It is near the station of Marunochi line for easy access to other line or areas like Shibuya, Ginza, and Ikebukuro. Near the hotel there are several Halal restaurant for Muslim travller. With reasonable price you can get a premium luxury service in this hotel. We enjoy staying in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. I will stay in this hitel again if I have a chance to visit Tokyo in the near future.

Tokyo DIAMOND HOTEL (Diamond Hotel) is located not far from the Banyanmen Subway Station, and because it is located in a quiet residential area, it is not too noisy to enter and leave the hotel in the morning and evening. There is a large wooden table at the entrance, with a table lamp, tea bag, phone, and a teapot and refrigerator under the table that can boil hot water. The sound insulation in the room is OK, the only downside is that the floor is a blanket not a common tile in the hotel. If you have the opportunity to renovate the hotel, it is recommended to change to a tile floor. Although it is more difficult to clean, the mood of the tenant will be very pleasant from check-in to leave!
