The room was small but the view was amazing. Nearest train station would be a private one so the jr pass will not work,have to buy ticket or use suica. If you want to use the jr pass, will have to walk very far. Can explore asakusa area and other main areas in Tokyo from the hotel. The only downside was the time taken for check in.
