I really loved this hotel. It was a stones throw away from the Shinjuku train station. The room, although very small was very comfortable and cosy. I'd recommend getting breakfast from the top floor. The food was delicious and a great start to the day, also the view from the top floor would just motivate you to go out and get ready to explore. When I am back in Tokyo I will be staying in this hotel again

location ok. 5 mins walk to H line exit 3. Room a bit small. Voice isolation not that good. Can request for inner side room not face to the street when booking or at check in counter. Within 30 mins can reach any popular area in Tokyo overall recommend to stay.

It is huge and because it’s located in the hotel, shelves are pretty filled up. The hotel's facilities, include a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing pool (didn’t get to try as it is winter). The attention to cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property adds to the sense of comfort and well-being. There is also 2 in 1 washing machine with dryer at L18 at the south tower for usage starting from 500yen, depending on what the features you would like it to be, best of all, it comes with detergent. We loved the hotel while we stayed. Room was small but larger than a typical Japanese standard and should not be a problem for a couple. All the space of the room was efficiently utilized. Room had a fridge and a hot pot. There are many electrical outlets, for example, at the bedsides. Window blind was impressive so that it was completely dark when we put on the blind. Free wifi was very fast and we did not have any problem with the network. An ice machine as well as a microwave was available on the second floor. Lobby was small. Amenities were to be picked up from the lobby. Staff was all very kind with a good command of English. Nishi-kasai Tokyo metro station was a stone's throw from the hotel. There is Y's Mart around the corner. Aeon (a much bigger market) is 10 minutes away if one walks. A few minor issues are obviously Tokyo downtown is somewhat far, about 40 minutes by metro. They did not provide water bottles, which we did not mind because of the reasonable price. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and would come back if we have a chance to visit.

Not in a perfect or ideal location to downtown Tokyo, or the tourist attractions. Helpful staff, clean. This place does not offer room service, so if you plan to stay multiple days, be prepared to use the same towels. You can have your room clean for an extra charge.

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

I used Ueno Station Hostel Original 1 near Ueno Station while traveling to Tokyo, Japan last year. You can experience a Japanese hotel famous for its capsule hotel. There is a station right in front of it, so I recommend it to tourists who have to use public transportation. You can get off the subway late at night and enter the hostel safely. The inside of the hostel is really clean. You can see several employees cleaning up every morning. Discard them all and replace them with new pillows and blankets. I used the bathroom together but it was good to clean it up. I went on a trip in winter and walked around outside all day, so it was cold, but warm water came out of the bathroom, so it was good. There was a convenience store just downstairs, so when I was hungry at night, I could look back on my day of traveling by buying and eating food from the convenience store.

Situated nicely between two subway stations and a few convenience store options (one directly opposite). Extremely pleasant environment next to a middle school, and room was very comfortable. Minor caveat is the tv didn't have many channels or non Japanese options.

Arrived close to midnight and was I glad the front desk was open and check in process was smooth. Adorable wall design gives it a fun and relax environment. Size of the room for solo traveller is just nice. It comes with a long built-in bench by the side of the wall for smaller bags and is nice to have somewhere to sit besides the bed. Location is in the vicinity to JR Tokyo station which makes it convenient if you need to travel via the bullet train to the next destination. Only stayed for a night so didn't get to use any of the facilities so can't comment on that.

It was still about 2 years old, so it was beautiful including the appearance of the hotel and the room. There were not many items for breakfast, but it was compact and delicious. I want to stay again because there is a free shuttle to Disney Resort.
