I used it for family trips with young children. I thought it was very good especially for traveling with children. [Before staying] When I contacted you about the request for installation of a bed guard one month before my stay, I was very happy to respond and commented, ”I'm waiting a little ahead.” It was well installed on the day. [During the stay] The child accompanied suddenly became ill during the trip. Although it was midnight, several staff members were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to you, I was in good condition the next day, but I was very flexible in offering suggestions such as cleaning the room, and I was also taught by checking the surrounding children's night emergency. I was at a loss due to an unexpected situation, but it was thanks to the hotel staff who responded to me that I finished my trip safely and put it on my way home. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. The hotel is directly connected to Kinshicho Station, which has 3 routes, and there is also a limousine bus to Haneda Airport and Tokyo Disney Resort from the station. There are seven eleven in the building and 24-hour supermarkets a few minutes away, which is very comfortable. I could see Kinshicho Station from the room, and children who like railways were overjoyed (※ However, there is no train noise and it is not noisy). It is a recommended location for traveling with children.
