I chose it because of the good access from Hamamatsucho Station and the high evaluation on the net. The impression of the hotel is like a reasonable general business hotel, but the room was relatively large and clean, and it was nice that the bath and toilet were separate. It was also a nice point to install an air purifier in this dry season. Above all, there were many types of amenities that you could bring from the lobby, and you could choose the pillows that suited you, and there was a bath salt, which was very substantial. The breakfast buffet and the staff were good. I chose it because of its good access from Hamamatsucho Station and its high rating on the Internet. The impression of the hotel is that of a reasonably priced general business hotel, but the rooms are relatively spacious and clean, and it was good that the bath and toilet are separate. It was also a nice point to have an air purifier in this dry season. Above all, there are many types of amenities that you can bring from the lobby, you can choose the pillow that suits you, and there are bath salts, so it was very fulfilling. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. If you encounter any problems, they will try their best to help solve them. They will collect parcels, call taxis and make restaurant reservations on behalf of guests. I really appreciate it.
The hotel has a washer and dryer, so you don’t need to bring too much clothes with you during the trip.
It is close to Tokyo Tower and can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. You can also see Tokyo Tower from your room👍

The hotel can check in and check out by self-service machine, which is very convenient. The price-performance ratio is relatively high, and the transportation is also very convenient. It is not far from the subway station and there are many lines. You can walk to Tokyo Tower, and you can see Tokyo Tower from the corner of one side of the window, which is an unexpected surprise haha! When I made a reservation from Rakuten travel, I asked for a room far from the elevator and received an mail about the request from the hotel in about an hour. I have stayed in many hotels in various places so far, but it was the first time I received an email from the hotel side, so I expected that it would be a hotel that would respond to the details before staying. (^^) despite reservations from OTA (Rakuten Travel) rather than reservations from the official site! In fact, I prepared a room as requested. Access is close to minarimon station but is located in one from the street It is a little difficult to understand because it is a little difficult. This hotel is located in Shiodome Ward. It is near Shinbashi Station and Shiodome Station. It is located near the road and is easy to find. There is also Anxin next to Shimbashi Station. There is a food street at Xinqiao Station, with many restaurants and a night market with many grilled goods. Shiodome is not as lively as Shimbashi at night, and there are few restaurants. The hotel rooms are divided into upper and lower compartments, and each compartment has a TV. I live in the upper grid, and I can feel movement in the lower grid, but I don't dare to make too big a move. The room is small and can only be slept in. Luggage must be placed outside or in the lockers on the second floor. The hotel has a hot spring bath on the ninth floor. The hot water is hot enough for a shower. After walking all day, soaking in the hot spring is super comfortable. The eighth floor is a rest room. There is a massage chair that can be used all day long. There is food, rice noodles, soup, tea and coffee, as well as soda and sake. You can eat and drink as you like. Great. The food is not luxurious but solid and filling. It takes more than ten minutes to walk from the hotel to Hamarikyu Palace. Although I was a little disappointed not to see any red leaves, the pine trees were elegantly pruned. The Japanese are very good at pine trees. This garden is large, the scenery is elegant, and it is worth a visit to see the Japanese pavilion. Hotel staff should be more responsive to guests. Assistance should be provided. I asked about the timetable for the tram from Shiodome or Shimbashi to Narita Airport, but I was indifferent. I checked out and still had time to visit the attractions. Of course I left my luggage at the hotel, but it seemed that there was a time limit and we would not accept the luggage after that. Even so, I give this hotel 4.7 points. Next time I come to Japan alone, I will choose this hotel to stay.

They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). It was an early morning flight, so I stayed the night before. I was closed for a while due to the corona disaster, but I am happy that it has resumed. The front desk staff and the bus driver are as expected! Needless to say, the room is clean, but the bed and sofa are also calm. Free drinks in the lobby lounge are also good If you dare to say, it would be nice to have a towel in the lounge. The faucet of the sink is good, but the water pressure of the shower is a little.

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

CChengPerfect location for shopping with major malls located with 10mins walk. The hygiene of the street outside the hotel is below expectation but that’s not what the hotel is responsible for. Type C port next to the bed makes charging convenient. The self laundry service costs 600 yen for 2-hour washing and drying without the need to bring detergent. KKaren TravellerWe book this hotel due to the free shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the appointment need to be made 2 months ago via the website . The shuttle bus is quite full but makes us very convenient to the park. We took the Limousine Bus from NRT airport straight to the hotel with around 1.5 hours and you can also buy the return ticket from the front desk. The transportation support of this hotel is awesome ! We also book a car nearby in Nippon car rental and only take us 5 mins walking distance to the car pick up point , the overnight parking charge is affordable with only 1000 yen per night. Recommended this hotel to those travellers looking for fast and convenient transportation time.

Ppraty-pp👍 good. And recommended. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Akihabara Station. 🚉 the location is great not just for the connectivity but also shopping - Yodibashi Akiba for all electronics. There’s UniQlo, GU, and a lot of restaurants nearby.
Typical of Japanese hotels, the room sizes are quite small. It’s difficult to open two luggage at the same time. 😢
The room was clean, bathroom good as well. Bathtub 🛁 is good 👍.

AAnonymous UserHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home.
For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!

GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
