There is also 2 in 1 washing machine with dryer at L18 at the south tower for usage starting from 500yen, depending on what the features you would like it to be, best of all, it comes with detergent. Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Shop in lobby, choice of great food, Attentive smiling staff, big lobby. Free toiletries in nice bathroom with bath.

If you’re a solo traveller and like walking Great location to about 20min walk from the back of the hotel to Ginza shopping centre, the Tokyo JR, subway stations. All the famous brand shopping mall just above the station. The hotel is very immaculately clean and comfy and spacious to stay. The toilet /shower is new and spotless. The only thing is the the noise from the water tap is super loud when turn on. Quite disappointed to see one of the towel have brown smeared marks on it, it maybe have been used (house cleaning issues). Other than that housecleaning was great they make the bed new gown and slippers, great teabags refilled. A great service. The wall is somewhat Jon sound proof but we slept through after the busy day out. So not quite a problem for us. The window can open and lots of cool air can come in. I like the air freshener keep our room and shoes refreshed. We stayed at rm452. It’s a great room The receptionists were fantastic most don’t speak English , one lady speaks little but unfriendly service, one young handsome with gorgeous thick eyebrows the most friendly and speaks very good English, he deserves our 5star. He’s the only friendly guy and very helpful. I got his name wrong so I can’t write it here. The restaurant old man service was great, my daughter has allergies to shrimp and the good old man changes some of the dishes to accommodate her which was so kind and very nice. The restaurant kitchen hand deserve the five stars from us. Overall we had a very smooth stay.

The room was well cleaned and the room was beautiful. Amenities were necessary or sufficient. However, there was no instant coffee. I went there by car, and the parking lot was spacious and I was able to park there until 6pm the next day, and the price was reasonable at 1,500 yen. There was also a supermarket (Summit) and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. I would like to use it next time I go to Tokyo.

To be honest, the bed was shabby, and the futon felt cheaper than the LiveMax, so I thought, ”Yeah...” The location is good as it is right next to Kasai Station, and the amu*****t park-like presentation is also great with automatic AI-powered dinosaur robots to greet you. When I got on the elevator, it wasn't my room, but there seemed to be a [Funeral Free Ren Collaboration Room], so I got excited♪ When I went shopping at a convenience store late at night, it seemed like the dinosaur robots were closed during the night, so when I saw the store clerk, I felt like I had just seen what was inside of Mickey Mouse. The breakfast buffet looks plain, but it's decorated in a dinosaur-themed style.

We loved the hotel while we stayed. Room was small but larger than a typical Japanese standard and should not be a problem for a couple. All the space of the room was efficiently utilized. Room had a fridge and a hot pot. There are many electrical outlets, for example, at the bedsides. Window blind was impressive so that it was completely dark when we put on the blind. Free wifi was very fast and we did not have any problem with the network. An ice machine as well as a microwave was available on the second floor. Lobby was small. Amenities were to be picked up from the lobby. Staff was all very kind with a good command of English. Nishi-kasai Tokyo metro station was a stone's throw from the hotel. There is Y's Mart around the corner. Aeon (a much bigger market) is 10 minutes away if one walks. A few minor issues are obviously Tokyo downtown is somewhat far, about 40 minutes by metro. They did not provide water bottles, which we did not mind because of the reasonable price. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and would come back if we have a chance to visit.

It was a great hotel near Kuramae station. The only disadvantage is that Kuramae station has 2 train lines, Asakusa line and Oedo line and only the Oedo line has a lift while the Asakusa line doesn't have a lift, which makes it tougher to bring your luggages up/down. It will be a better option to travel by car/taxi there (especially if you have a lot of luggages). And make sure to check any special holidays in Japan because on the day we checked out, there was the summer fireworks event which barricade the roads and certain train station exits to be blocked. We almost missed our flight due to the event so please check in advance! But other than that, the hotel was lovely, I found our room was decent size to open 2 big luggages. Very clean hostel with nice dorms and great bathroom facilities. Laundry was available in the hostel which was very convenient, and the staff were very helpful. Hostel was relatively quiet.

Located in a residential area. 10 minutes to the JR line. Comparing to the ultra-small hotel room in central Tokyo, the one lies on the large side of the spectrum!

Really friendly and clean hotel. Location is a bit off from main Tokyo station, but have shuttle running every 20 minutes. Would have been perfect if shuttle lasts a bit longer, as I felt that last shuttle is a bit early.
