Very good! The hotel was very special with Japanese-style decorations. The space of the room is big enough that you can open your two big items of baggage in the meantime! The location is another highlight, it is close to GINZA (10 mins walk) or you can take one stop by underground. By the way, you also can see the Toyko tower from the window！ The staff is kind too! I like this hotel, I will book again when I visit to Toyko next time.

It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

(I don't use the go to campaign) How about comfort? The size is about the same as the average business hotel in Tokyo. The cleaning was well done and there were minimal amenities. The interior is not known whether it is a new building or a renovation, but it is new, so it is comfortable to use water around and air cleaners are installed. Bedding was also comfortable. As a new corona virus countermeasure, there is a virus guard at the front desk, and the payment is done by a dedicated machine, so there is no physical contact with the staff. It is a hotel that can be used cheaply and safely, so it is scheduled to be used next time.

Very pleasant hotel and a terrific location which is 2 min away from the Shimbashi station. There is a family mart about 20s walk and we love that after we exit Shimbashi, go to family mart buy drinks and head to the hotel within 5 min! Hotel lobby at level 2 is constantly warm. Hotel room is small and we need to be creative in the placement of our luggage on the sofa and the table yet leaving room for the 2 human to move around easily. The toilet door open outward which is a bummer because it takes up space. The bathroom is decent size where both of us can stand inside to do hair or makeup. Overall, this has been a good experience for the price. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price, definitely value for money.

There’s a laundry room on 20 and 24th floor, with an ice machine. Room was relatively bigger than most other hotels of comparative price. The gym is rather basic hence 4 stars for amenities. We tried the breakfast once and quite enjoyed it as they come with many beverage options, sufficient western and Japanese food options. I will still return to this hotel for my future Tokyo trip.

After flying in from Australia and being picked up at the airport it was nice to go to the hotel and just relax for a bit . Really enjoyed the hot bath on the top floor, lovely hot water, one of the baths was open to the fresh air, lovely to get a fresh breeze on you while in the hot water . All your soap, shampoo, conditioner hair dryers are there for your use , used it morning and night . Everything is spotless and staff are good , The smorgasbord breakfast was first class, great variety and very fresh, we had to put on plastic gloves to serve are own food so the hotel are doing everything right to keep us safe , definitely would stay here again , it is close to the station which is important to us .

Location is very good as it is nearby the JR station, walking to the station within 5 minutes. There had 3-4 convenient stores around the hotel. We can buy the drinks and desserts at night. HAHA The staff was nice and helped me to change the non-smoke room as I booked the smoking room with misunderstanding. You can deposit the luggages at the lobby a day for free, so you don't need to take your gips to everywhere during the trips. However, the facilities and appliances were a bit old. The wall in the bathroom turned yellow.

I chose this hotel for 3 reasons: 1) To stretch my dollar as much as I can for 5 nights without sacrificing too much creature comfort, 2) Twin beds, 3) One direct train ride from Haneda Airport (Asakusa Line) – no switching trains with luggage please, especially when I can’t speak Japanese. Actually, there’s a fourth reason: 4) Easy connection to other train lines at Shimbashi Station. I have been to Tokyo several times before this. This hotel is very practical, nothing fancy, within walking distance from the train station, and lots of sights at doorstep. I don’t need a lot of services, just a good, clean, quiet, convenient place to stay.

I stayed in a single room. The room was well designed. Although it was small, it was warm and clean. Breakfast is outsourced. There are four set meals to choose from, different breads, sandwiches, etc. There are so many restaurants in the surrounding area that you can't move your legs at all, and they are more authentic meals for local office workers, so the price/performance ratio is very high. Just past Shimbashi Station is Ginza, which is only a few minutes' walk away.
