We were booked in by my son when we arrived and we're delighted with the total environment! Having not travelled since 2019 had to readjust and the staff and environment helped us greatly ! Every aspect of the hotel was customer focused and Covid aware! In reception nothing was a problem and there was an excellent speaker of English! The dining room suited our needs and the verandah gave extensive views of the city and Tokyo Tower! The food was generous and well prepared and the dinners at night were very good! I must pay particular tribute to Ken in the first our stay and his meticulous attention to our needs and understanding!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as people return to Japan and of course Tokyo!

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right next to the Tokyo tower so the view was beautiful at night. The hotel is also less than 10 minutes away from 2 metro stations so travelling around the city was convenient. The room size was big so we slept comfortably as a family of 3. The toilet was also big with a modern set-up which we liked - will definitely stay here again.

There is a dignified air in Ray, and everyone at the Grand Club, I swelled my stomach to the fullest in the club lounge (this time it was 20 years １ delicious). When did you lose money? The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

I tried several restaurants. The dishes were very good. The cleaning service was very timely every day. Very well done too.

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!

Great Hotel and amazing place to stay! Front Desk Staff was Great! The way their approaching me with smile made me feel “Family welcome” Welcome drink was amazing and Lobby was WOW like a sports bar also. When I entered to the room, I felt relaxed and refreshed because of the great set up and cleanness by housekeeping staff. It was amazing that there was everything I needed in the room. Amenities, coffee etc. The bar on 9th floor has great view and amazing signature cocktails. Bar staff was professional and lovely! Thank you so much,I will come back again. The Lively hotel showed to me great hospitality.

Excellent staff at the front desk. Most helpful in many ways especially two gentlemen, Laxman and a gentleman whom I assume was the head at the Reception but could not capture the name. I was traveling with a leg injury and found a high level of service coming across to assist and render this journey with my son Sandro, a real good memory. Probably company culture as cleaners and supervisors displayed the same willingness and understanding. Thank you!

The hotel is in the Izumi garden building, and the taxi navigation often takes a short detour to the other side of the hotel, and the signs are very clear. Downstairs is the subway station, which is convenient for travel. Walk for 10 minutes to Roppongi Shopping Street, and I feel that there are more international friends than Japanese. The hotel service is quite good. The room refrigerator cannot fit the large items that need to be refrigerated. The lobby manager helped to put them in the hotel refrigerator, which solved the top priority, which is very good.

The place itself was very clean and as someone who is very picky on cleanliness it was great!! The staff was nice and their electronic check in and out was convenient. However the location might not be the best for people who don’t enjoy drinking and clubbing. It is surrounded by clubs and doesn’t offer much food options or sightseeing options. I stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Just off the exit of the station near the intersection of Roppongi Hotel There were convenience stores, restaurants and drugstores around, and it was convenient for business trips. The room had everything you needed and there was a humid air cleaner. It's not narrow, but it's not wide... It's a unique feeling of making Showa. I used the room key instead of the card in the business hotel 々. The feeling of the staff at the front desk was not too friendly, and it was not a problem, and the atmosphere was good.

We always love staying at Tokyo Prince hotel! This time it was bigger room so we fully enjoyed our stay. Location is great very close to venter of Tokyo and easy to go to Haneda airport. This time I have learnt that there is a shuttle bus to Hamamatsu-cho station which is very convenient. Stuffs are very polite and friendly that make us feel comfortable and they’re willing to help us. Thai time we also enjoyed a course at one of Japanese restaurants which was very delicate and superb! We fully recommend others to try if they want to try proper Japanese food! One thing that I was disappointed this time was that room desk was dirty, looked like cleaning wasn’t donw properly so I had to clean it by myself. ( looked like previous customers tea or food stain was still there at a desk ) Tokyo Price hotel is one of the traditional and famous legendary hotel so I hope they can improve their cleaning method and make sure it’s clean before new customers come and stay. And when we stayed there before there was coffee machine but seems not this time so it was a hit disappointed too…hope they can provide it again… However over all our stay was comfortable so we will come back when we come back to Japan!

From the Akabane Bridge Station, there are two exits that are relatively close, one that needs to cross the road and one that does not. Seeing a family, the path next to the family is less than 50 meters away. That's it. The doorway is relatively small. The door is open to the elevator. The first time I go to the elevator, I can't use it. There is a call on the left wall. Press the bell next to it. The landlord will let you check in on the fifth floor. If you do not pay in advance, you can store your luggage and charge an additional 200 yen. When you apply, you will be given the door code of the floor, the password of the elevator, the way to enter the back door and some precautions. Male and female students are layered. When people are not many, they will not feel crowded. I am not quiet, I think I still have to see the guests. The guests I met when I lived were very careful and had little impact. The location is still very good, very close to Tokyo's Taji Park Azabu. If you bring luggage at the subway station, remember to find a barrier-free elevator! ! Otherwise it is really possible to despair...
