Pedí que hicieran el sofácama a las 7pm y cuando llegue a la habitación no lo habían hecho , llame para reclamar y solo llevaron las cobijas y sábanas. Muy mal servicio, y habia niños jugando desde las 7am

Lo q no me gusto q me asignaron una habitación y no servia el equipo de calefacción, me cambiaron a una segunda y tampoco servia el mismo equipo. Me volvieron a cambiar de habitación y hasta la tercera asignacion de habitación, funcionaba el equipo. Deberian revisar la habitación en optimas condiciones para asignar la reserva.

En general fue una buena experiencia, solo un día tardaron en hacer la limpieza del cuarto pero el hotel estaba mas del 50% de capacidad y había poco personal de limpieza para cubrir la limpieza de todos los cuartos.

Los únicos inconvenientes que tuve fue que la coladera o tubería de la regadera parecía estar tapada porque el agua no se iba adecuadamente, se estancaba mucho y tardaba mucho en irse. Lo otro fue que no se mantiene la temperatura del agua de regadera, de repente sale bastante caliente y enseguida se enfría de más. El extractor del baño no servía tampoco.
