Excellent service, very friendly staff, clean and very nice rooms, for the rest there are heating , our reservation did not include breakfast, but without thinking we would return ... recommended at 1000 %

I recommend it,it is very central and the truth I liked despite having a simple room,very good service and very quiet,the only one that would make it seriously parking as it is next to the hotel and has no surveillance would be the one unique but from there in more , I recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed last week for 7 days in the hotel with my wife and daughter and I did lot of requests. I received from Kevin and Alejandro at reception desk the best service I have received in years. Always keen to help so polite and respectful with a smile on their faces. Big congratulations to them for their excellent service.

Situated in one of the main arteries of the care and a few steps from the Toluca Gallerys (the shopping square is almost in front), this hotel is an excellent option for a weekend in Toluca, whether business or for pleasure. The city centre is 12 minutes' drive from the car and mobility is very easy from this point. The staff is very careful and although the breakfast offered is somewhat basic (fruit, cereals, yoghurt, bread, chilli and eggs with buffet-style buffet) is very good to start the day. As a point to improve, I would say that in the second floor hall near the kitchen you feel a very penetrating smell of food almost constantly, which can become annoying. The hotel is a very good hotel and is very comfortable and comfortable.

Excellent location, The very comfortable beds, large parking, the hairdryer in both rooms and in the food area very well, with facilities in the bathroom, ideal for stay, the only thing you need is hairdryer in the bathrooms, And I'm not sure.

I don't know why there is a DoubleTree by Hilton in a small city like Toluca. I don't think the location of the hotel is good, the opposite is the ruined building, which is in sharp contrast. There is Uber in the city and it takes about 15 minutes to the city center. The hotel may not open some facilities such as swimming pool to save money. But the environment is still good. Like for such a cheap price

Excellent service without pay-per-time and waiting, impeccable rooms, without any complaint on the following trips without doubt to host some of the City Hotels .... and recommend them widely

Overall, it was an average hotel. However, the attitude of the woman at the front desk was bad when I first checked in. I was treated with a gum, and my face seemed to be angry without a smile, so I didn't think I was very welcome.
