Great location for a business trip to Toluca. Quiet rooms, easy access and security on site. I would stay again

Disfrutamos mucho la estadia en este hotel cada que visitamos Mexico, a mi familia le gusta mucho porque la localizacion es muy buena, cerca (caminando) de centros comerciales, y restaurantes, ademas que conecta rapidamente para los aeropuertos de Toluca y autopista a ciudad de Mexico.

The whole is clean, the hotel lobby is large and bright, the breakfast is very general, there is no buffet, it is one person. Coffee, fried eggs, salad, a little cereal plus yogurt, you can also basically eat. There are few people at check-in, pure business hotel. There are no slippers and other supplies in the room, no hot water bottle.

Overall, it was an average hotel. However, the attitude of the woman at the front desk was bad when I first checked in. I was treated with a gum, and my face seemed to be angry without a smile, so I didn't think I was very welcome.
