訂北院的房間還是方便一點，離温泉中心很近，走路去的，衹有2~3分鐘，非常方便，房間還是舊了一點，牆上有脱落的地方，但是這個環境很好，在山裡的感受，鳥語花香的。

酒店房間設施老舊，洗漱間很多壞的。房間隔音效果差，向酒店反饋後沒什麼結果。早餐也很差！！
但攜程的客户態度很好！！處理及時，退賠了300元！！

房間不錯，比較温馨。整體感覺性價比較高。早餐也是比較豐富，員工的服務態度挺好的。如有機會再來，還會選擇入住。

非常不開心的行程，除了收費國際化，其他地方就是鄉鎮級別，沒辦法和星級掛鈎。
服務員毫無服務意識可言，冷冰冰的語言和嘴臉，看起來更像是個保安，我們五個人，帶一個七歲的小朋友，吃飯的時候服務員盯着要補早餐錢，温泉的時候盯着要補温泉票，早餐是冷的，沒有加熱設施，一到9:30，服務員急着收餐，而不是清理餐桌衞生。超過9:30的客人真的衹能夠餓肚子。
温泉裏面根本看不到服務員，這麼冷的天氣沒有人推車送浴巾送水，我們都凍感冒了。
攜程預訂住過的酒店可以説是最差的，沒有之一!!
想要度假靜心的朋友們不推薦~~建議考慮宜春的明月山，設施服務相對完善一些
設施：一般，温泉水比較熱，但是沒有熱心的服務，還是容易感冒
服務：完全沒有服務，最多衹能算保安
湯裏温泉雙人票（單次進出）:服務太差了，建議加油哦
