"Extremely bad! 1. There were defects in the room but they were not told to me when checking in. 2. The subwoofer in the KTV downstairs affected sleep in the middle of the night. The hotel could not solve the problem. Finally, it was solved by calling the police, which took an hour and a half. 3. The musty smell in the room does not match the so-called star rating. Room defects: When I checked in, I was not told about the problem with the room. When I found that the shower room door in the bathroom was missing a piece, I called the front desk and told the front desk that she was new and didn't know. I waited for a long time before someone came to talk about the shower room door. Not delivered yet. KTV nuisance: The hotel apparently often receives such complaints. When I complained at the front desk at 12 o'clock, the front desk directly called someone to tell me that it was 12 o'clock, but it was of no use. Later, a person told me that the KTV sound had been turned down. I went back to the room and the sound was still very serious, so I had to go downstairs and find the front desk again, but this time the front desk still didn't come forward, so I had to call the police to solve the problem. I called the police every ten minutes, and finally arrived at the scene thirty minutes later. They said they were temporarily delayed due to other matters. After negotiating with the KTV, the police said they had turned off the subwoofer, and at the same time, they were going to stop operating at one o'clock. I could only hehe. The hotel has not apologized to me yet. This night was really impressive and taught me a lot of lessons."

"1. Location: It's about 100 kilometers from Changsha, very close, about a two-hour drive. It's recommended to drive to Tonggu County first, which saves you a section of the national highway and saves you half an hour. The mountain road is quite winding and steep, so beginners should be cautious. 2. We booked a twin room. The room had everything you needed. The taps had spring water, which was great for boiling water. The balcony was very comfortable, cool, and quiet. The two beds were large enough for four people. The room was very clean, with screens on the doors to keep out small insects. There were no mosquitoes on the mountain, but there were many small insects. 3. The entire hotel campsite offers: sheep and deer feeding, shooting and archery, hiking, table tennis, an infinity pool, swings, a sky mirror, a large lawn, barbecue facilities, a canopy, and craft activities for children every morning and afternoon. It's a great place for family trips. 4. Breakfast has a variety of options and is served in the coffee shop. Lunch and dinner are served at the visitor center, where you can order in advance. The food wasn't very flavorful, but the portions were huge. The steamed pork with rice flour tasted like it was homemade, not pre-made. The prices are reasonable. Leftovers from lunch can be saved for dinner and reheated. 5. The service is excellent. Each room has a dedicated group chat for prompt answers to any questions. The staff are very welcoming, especially the front desk. Whenever you sit in the coffee shop, regardless of whether you make a purchase, you're offered a cup of hot tea first. They never try to sell you anything and will even give you the most suitable spending advice based on your group size – truly honest! 6. Look closely at this campsite; the owner has put a lot of thought into it. Even the mountainside is covered with turf, not just random weeds. Every little corner has thoughtful details like flowing water, lighting, and stones. Here, you only need two layers in the morning, short sleeves at midday, and two more layers in the evening – it's very cool and comfortable. Sitting on the lawn, looking into the distance, is incredibly pleasant! We'll definitely come back next time because of the beautiful scenery and excellent service!"
