酒店的服務令人印象深刻。入住前的定位與導圖發送非常貼心，退房時贈送的小禮包和水果增添了温馨感。LOFT式公寓設計温馨舒適，前台服務熱情周到，早餐時咖啡親自磨好並送至座位，展現了酒店對細節的關注。下次來銅陵，這家酒店是我的首選。

首先剛入住就發現房間衞生間裏特別臭 一進去就噁心 想吐 更別説在裏面上個廁所了 服務員來看了也沒有弄好 就連走時説了一句應該沒什麼問題的 昨晚還住人了 什麼也沒解決 其次房間裏面衹有下面一個窗户 白天室外温度都有三十多度 房間空調居然沒有製冷（也沒有收到任何通知和提示） 入住時房間內特別的悶熱 一晚上都沒睡 打電話給前台服務態度挺好的（送了一個電風扇），對着電風扇吹了一晚上才迷迷糊糊睡着，衞生間洗臉枱的燈也是壞的，往下一掉還好沒電不然一碰水不得觸電，真應該好好整改了，不過前台服務態度挺好的走的時候送了小零食，遇到問題也及時處理，客房阿姨來的也很快，就是解決不了根本問題

My stay at the Yuanling Hotel in Tongling was truly memorable. The hotel boasts a prime location, beautifully designed interiors with stunning Chinese art, and exceptional, personable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the complimentary minibar and snacks in the lounge, adding a touch of luxury to my experience.
However, one downside was the noticeable smoke smell in the rooms on the executive floor. Despite this, the receptionist was quick to address the issue and kindly arranged for us to move to another floor, which significantly improved our stay. Their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly commendable.
Moreover, upon check-out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a goodie bag, which was a thoughtful gesture and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Yuanling Hotel for its excellent service, beautiful design, and convenient location.

五一小長假出遊旅行，選擇了銅陵這個四線小城市，相對來説遊客不是那麼多。同樣選擇的元怡酒店也有不小的驚喜，複式的房間和精美的佈局，以及早餐那熱情的工作人員都給我們留下了深刻印象。
