"There was a bit of a snag with the room. Around 1 AM, the room next door had four or five noisy men, which was quite disruptive. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it quickly. I was moved to a different room because of the noise, which was a bit inconvenient, but the front desk apologized profusely and upgraded me to a better room! Overall, the experience was still very good, and breakfast was nice too."

It's especially suitable for family trips. Let me talk about Yongquan Town. The town's environment is generally nice. The tickets we bought included several free activity cards, but we didn't use any of them because there were always long queues. We decided to just leave it at that. One copper coin was worth 3 yuan, I think. We didn't exchange them; we just paid with Alipay. The entrance fee was separate for going up and down the mountain, so we were charged three times in total, which was a bit odd. The food inside the town was quite good. They asked if I'd go back next time. I probably won't."

"The first time I went to Tongling, I chose to stay in room 512 of this hotel. I can only say that I was very dissatisfied. To be fair, the size of the parent-child room is still good. But as soon as I entered the room, a smell of urine hit me. There was a large stain on the carpet, like Coke spilled on the carpet. I wanted to use the room landline to call the front desk, but the phone was broken. I contacted the front desk with my mobile phone and asked the cleaning staff to come and have a look. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, no one came. I couldn't stand staying in the unpleasant smell, so I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a room change. The front desk staff said that there was no room to change and asked us to cancel the order. This attitude really made me furious. Seeing that we were going to get angry, the front desk staff went upstairs to find the cleaning staff. After coming down again, they said that the odor had been handled and asked us to go upstairs to have a look. I went upstairs and found that it was indeed better, so I didn't continue to entangle it. The front desk sent a fruit (two apples and an orange) and the children's breakfast, and the matter was over. After putting down our luggage, we went out to play. When we came back in the evening, we found that one apple was missing. When we asked our family members, they said they didn't take it, so we were sure that someone had come into our room. The child was so scared that he hugged me. I called the front desk again to ask for an explanation. A few minutes later, they contacted us and asked us to go downstairs to check the surveillance. It was around 6:00 a.m. when the staff entered the room without us, saying that they were changing the fruit. I have stayed in many hotels with my children over the years. Unless the guest asks to go in to clean, the staff will not enter the room where there are guests without permission. This is the first time that the staff entered the room without permission when the guest was not in the room. After the incident, only the front desk and the cleaning staff came to the room to apologize verbally. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel experience."

"The room didn't have a refrigerator, so I called the front desk and they said I could leave it at the front desk and it was refrigerated. Then I had to deliver it to the front desk myself. That was fine, but after I delivered it, two female front desk staff confirmed the room number with me. They confirmed that it was refrigerated. I checked out at noon the next day! I forgot, and the 5 taels of crabs became smelly overnight. There was also a urine smell in the bathroom. I couldn't even close the windows. I definitely have to give a bad review!"
