When I arrived at the parking lot around 7 AM, I was surprised to see Atour staff already clearing snow from the parking lot and even off car windshields. I asked one of the staff members, and they said they were worried about guests' travel plans and knew guests might not have the tools to clear the snow themselves, so they decided to take care of it. Seeing rows of perfectly cleaned windshields in the cold winter made me feel incredibly warm.
