My stay at the Yuanling Hotel in Tongling was truly memorable. The hotel boasts a prime location, beautifully designed interiors with stunning Chinese art, and exceptional, personable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the complimentary minibar and snacks in the lounge, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. However, one downside was the noticeable smoke smell in the rooms on the executive floor. Despite this, the receptionist was quick to address the issue and kindly arranged for us to move to another floor, which significantly improved our stay. Their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly commendable. Moreover, upon check-out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a goodie bag, which was a thoughtful gesture and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Yuanling Hotel for its excellent service, beautiful design, and convenient location.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location is convenient and offers great value for money, being only about 300 meters from Yongquan Town. The owner was very hospitable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. During the New Year's Day holiday, I brought my child to Tongling Atour Hotel. The holiday wasn't long, so our schedule was packed. On New Year's Day, it suddenly snowed, and the hotel's parking lot is outdoors. I figured my car would be buried under snow, potentially affecting our plans, so I promptly got up to clear it off. When I arrived at the parking lot around 7 AM, I was surprised to see Atour staff already clearing snow from the parking lot and even off car windshields. I asked one of the staff members, and they said they were worried about guests' travel plans and knew guests might not have the tools to clear the snow themselves, so they decided to take care of it. Seeing rows of perfectly cleaned windshields in the cold winter made me feel incredibly warm.

In Beidou, the price is moderate. There is a residential area next to it. The only inconvenience is that there are few parking spaces. But you can also park in the parking lot across the road. There are robots and swipe cards to go upstairs. The overall environment is OK. Medium level
